-This research aims to design fire early warning system using Arduino and Android with Bluetooth communication. The system is constructed using three sensors which are KY-026 flame detector, DS18B20 temperature sensor, and MQ-07 gas sensor. I. PENDAHULUANSampai saat ini, kejadian kebakaran di rumah-rumah maupun gedung bertingkat masih sering terjadi. Kebakaran dapat terjadi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti adanya hubungan singkat arus listrik, pengaruh alam, ataupun akibat kelalaian manusia. Proses terjadinya kebakaran tidak dapat diperkirakan kapan, dimana, bagaimana penyebab terjadinya kebakaran dan seberapa luas tingkat cakupannya serta seberapa besar dampak yang ditimbulkan. Pada umumnya, kebakaran dapat diketahui setelah api membesar bahkan setelah asap mengepul. Akibatnya, hal ini dapat menimbulkan efek yang sangat berbahaya, seperti memakan korban jiwa dan kerusakan material yang tidak sedikit. Selain itu, kebakaran yang sudah membesar akan sulit untuk dipadamkan. Terlebih lagi jika lokasi kebakaran sulit diakses oleh petugas pemadam kebakaran. Salah satu hal yang menjadi penyebabnya adalah kurangnya peringatan dini akan terjadinya kebakaran.Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, telepon genggam merupakan alat komunikasi yang dapat membantu berbagai kegiatan manusia. Fungsi utama dari telepon genggam yaitu menerima atau melakukan panggilan suara dan mengirim atau menerima pesan singkat SMS (Short Message Service). Oleh karena itu, telepon genggam sudah menjadi suatu barang yang bersifat wajib yang dimiliki manusia. Selain itu, seiring berjalannya waktu, fitur-fitur pada telepon genggam terus berkembang, di antaranya terdapat fitur kamera, MP3, radio, Bluetooth dan aplikasi lainnya. Bahkan pada saat ini, sebagian besar telepon genggam sudah menggunakan sistem operasi Android. Untuk itu, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dari telepon genggam serta aplikasi Android dan ditambahkan rangkaian berbasis mikrokontroler, sebuah sistem pendeteksi dini kebakaran dapat dirancang untuk memantau keadaan ruangan menggunakan aplikasi Android sebagai bentuk pencegahan terjadinya kebakaran.Terdapat beberapa sistem serupa yang mampu mendeteksi api menggunakan sensor api [1]- [4]. Pembuatan alat pendeteksi api berbasis mikrokontroler dan sensor detektor api dengan keluaran SMS telah dilakukan oleh Saputra dkk.[1] dan Saman dkk. [2]. Mental Health is a condition that should be taken care of like keeping the body healthy. This article aims to analyze the relationship between positive thinking and mental health maintenance. The research work carried out follows the conceptual analysis offered by Ludwig Wittgenstein's analytic philosophy. This article concludes that a healthy mind and mental health need to be maintained and harmonized at all times. As with taking care of the body, mental health must also be maintained starting from the way of daily activities and the way of thinking as well. Mental health is much influenced by the work of the brain and the brain certainly needs good nutrition. Through positive thinking to anyone and at any time, it can also make life happy and live with peace that can cause our mental health. Maintaining personal health also depends on the individual itself. So if you feel that something is not okay in you then you have to start doing something, because being happy is a person's choice. Objectives The provision of multiple micronutrient supplements (MMS) to pregnant women is efficacious in improving pregnancy outcomes, safe, cost-effective, and recommended in the context of rigorous research by the World Health Organization. This study examines experiences related to MMS adherence in Indonesia. Methods Qualitative methods were used and included focus group discussions (FGD) with 52 pregnant women who received MMS. Pregnant women were selected through purposive sampling in six health centers across 3 districts within two provinces. Midwives coordinators from each health center were also interviewed as key informants using semi-structured in-depth interviews (IDIs). High MMS adherence was defined as the number of MMS consumed compared to the number of MMS received. Data was analyzed using descriptive and thematic analysis. Results MMS was distributed in health centers by midwives as a replacement for iron and folic acid (IFA). When interviewed, the average gestational age of women was six months. Most women (78%) reported high adherence to MMS, but adherence varied by district (range: 62% to 91% adherence). The provision of counseling by midwives, perceived benefit after taking MMS, family support, and acceptability of smell, size and shape of MMS were reason women reported for taking MMS on a regular basis. While most (73%) women reported that they experienced no side effects while taking MMS, the most common reason (61%) reported for not consuming MMS was forgetfulness. Conclusions MMS was well accepted by pregnant women as indicated by adequate counseling, high adherence, and perceived health benefit. Funding Sources The Vitamin Angels Alliance, Inc.
Objectives The study aims to explore any possible regulations which are generated by the Local Governments to strengthening the MMS program in Indonesia. Methods The implementation research was conducted in 6 Districts in Indonesia, using qualitative approach completed with problem solving. A multi-sector approach was done to identify the health problems and how the existing programs were performed. The MMS was distributed in 6 Disricts area as a part of local government's program on stunting reduction acceleration as well as maternal mortality reduction, since 2019. The MMS was provided by Vitamin Angels & Kirk Humanitarian. Simultaneous with the distribution of MMS, we identify the regulations which were generated by Local Government. The evaluation of the effectiveness of MMS intervention and the availability of government's regulation was conducting on September – December 2021. Results The six districts where our study conducted are categorized as focus location of stunting reduction program determined by the Indonesian Government. All of districts has programs priority on stunting reduction acceleration. In this context, MMS was adopted by local government (District Health Office) as complementary program of IFA in routine antenatal care and preconception services. All districts generate the regulations related to stunting reduction acceleration, where MMS may play a role as a part of specific intervention. Four of 6 Districts were explicitly explain MMS intervention in the documents, but all Districts committed to use MMS in their program. There are 30–50% reduction of stunting prevalence among 6 districts. Conclusions All of districts committed to use the MMS as a part of intervention on stunting reduction, and aware about the important of regulations to a sure the MMS program implementation.
