ARIMA is a forecasting method time series that does not require a specific data pattern. This study aims to analyze the forecasting of Semarang City DHF cases specifically in the Rowosari Community Health Center. The study used monthly data on DHF cases in the Rowosari Community Health Center in 2016, 2017, and 2019 as many as 36 dengue case data. The best ARIMA model for forecasting is a model that meets the requirements for parameter significance, white noise and has the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error Smallest) value. The results of the analysis show that the best model for predicting the number of dengue cases in the Rowosari Public Health Center Semarang is the ARIMA model (1,0,0) with a MAPE value of 43.98% and a significance coefficient of 0.353, meaning that this model is suitable and feasible to be used as a forecasting model. ABSTRAK. Posbindu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) merupakan bentuk peran serta masyarakat dalam upaya pengendalian faktor risiko secara mandiri dan berkesinambungan. Pengembangan Posbindu PTM dapat dipadukan dengan upaya yang telah terselenggara di masyarakat. Melalui Posbindu PTM, pencegahan faktor risiko PTM dapat ditingkatkan sehingga kejadian PTM di masyarakat dapat ditekan. Kelurahan Sukorejo memiliki Puskesmas Sekaran sebagai Pembina kegiatan kesehatan di masyarakat. RW 12 Kelurahan Sukorejo baru saja membentuk Posbindu pada Bulan Maret 2021. Kader yang terkumpul sebanyak 14 orang dari tujuh RT. Posbindu ini masih membutuhkan banyak dukungan sumber daya dalam menggerakkan organisasi dan program kesehatan. Kader yang terbentuk belum dilatih dan belum bersertifikat. Sarana posbindu kit juga belum tersedia dan masih meminjam dari sarana posyandu remaja. Pembukuan data kegiatan juga belum terorganisir dengan baik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berkontribusi dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya pada program kesehatan usia produktif, sehingga penyakit-penyakit degeneratif dapat dicegah, pola hidup keluarga lebih sehat, dan derajat kesehatan masyarakat lebih meningkat. Luaran PkM ini adalah terbentuknya Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Posbindu Sekar Wangi RW 12 Kelurahan Sukorejo Semarang dengan sistem pencatatan yang memadai. Posbindu Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) is a form of community participation in efforts to control risk factors independently and continuously. PTM Posbindu development can be combined with efforts that have been held in the community. Through Posbindu PTM, prevention of PTM risk factors can be increased so that the incidence of PTM in the community can be reduced. Kelurahan Sukorejo has a Sekaran Health Center as the supervisor of health activities in the community. RW 12 Sukorejo Village has just formed Posbindu in March 2021. The cadres collected were 14 people from seven RTs. This Posbindu still needs a lot of resource support in driving health organizations and programs. The formed cadres have not been trained and have not been certified. Posbindu kit facilities are also not yet available and they are still borrowing from youth posyandu facilities. Bookkeeping of activity data is also not well organized. This community service contributes to community empowerment, especially in the productive age health program, so that degenerative diseases can be prevented, family life patterns are healthier, and the community's health status is improved. The output of this PkM is the establishment of Recording and Reporting for Posbindu Sekar Wangi RW 12, Kelurahan Sukorejo Semarang with an adequate recording system.
