A 28-year-old otherwise healthy white woman was referred for a slow-growing, asymptomatic, nonpigmented, subcutaneous nodule measuring 0.8 cm in diameter and located on the forehead that had been spreading for the last years. The patient was in otherwise good health. The physical examination was normal with, in particular, no lymph node enlargement. The lesion was removed under local anesthesia and sent for pathological examination (Figs. 1-4).
