Abstrak−Kasi (Kepala Seksi) pada suatu pemerintahan desa merupakan unsur pelaksana operasional pemerintahan yang dipimpin seorang kepala seksi. Peran kasi sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemerintahan desa. Dalam penentuan Kasi terbaik haruslah memenuhi beberapa kriteria seperti Lama Bekerja, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Loyalitas Kerja, Usia dan Pendidikan Terakhir. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut menggunakan metode Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) untuk memperoleh data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam menentukan kriteria Kasi terbaik. Sehingga dalam penelitian penentuan Kasi terbaik ini, menghasilkan alternatif A5 dengan nilai 1.347 sebagai alternatif terbaik. The role of the cation is very much needed in improving the quality of village governance. In determining the best Kasi must meet several criteria such as Length of Work, Community Service, Work Royality, Age and Last Education. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to overcome this problem using Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) to obtain the data needed to determine the best Kasi criteria. Utilization of information and communication technology is applied to help facilitate human work and make it easier to get information. Utilization of information technology for government agencies is a useful tool to improve services to the community. Mangunjaya Village is a government agency at the village level that directly provides services to the community. The services provided include making cover letters, such as Identity Cards (KTP), Family Cards (KK) and Birth Certificates. With the help of information system technology, the Cover Letter service for the Mangunjaya Village Apparatus, Tambun Selatan District, is expected to help the community service so that it can be relatively more optimal and faster. This activity, which was held in Mangunjaya Village, out of a total of 30 participants who expressed satisfaction with the seminar held in Mangunjaya Village, as many as 57% were very satisfied, 30% satisfied and 13% said they were quite satisfied with the presentation delivered by the speaker. Desa Mangunjaya merupakan instansi pemerintah pada tingkat desa yang langsung melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan yang diberikan diantaranya adalah pembuatan surat pengantar, seperti Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Keluarga (KK) dan Akta Kelahiran. Dengan bantuan teknologi sistem Informasi pelayanan Surat Pengantar untuk Perangkat Desa Mangunjaya Kecamatan Tambun Selatan diharapkan dapat membantu pelayanan masyarakat hingga dapat relatif lebih optimal dan cepat. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan di Desa Mangunjaya ini dari total 30 peserta yang menyatakan kepuasan terhadap seminar yang dilakukan di Desa Mangunjaya, sebanyak 57 % sangat puas, 30 % puas dan 13 % menyatakan cukup puas dengan pemaparan yang disampaikan oleh pembicara. In the industrial 4.0 era, there have been many developments in daily equipment that have been transformed into more sophisticated tools both in terms of how they are used, the efficiency of their work and the quality of the results obtained due to the digitization process that is easily accessed by many people. Therefore, As the early step, the paper discusses the computational modeling in the automatic cooking methods, namely the smart roaster system. The cooking method in the form of granules by using a roasting process, which generally utilizes heated sand, is interesting to learn since there are two mechanisms of heat propagation from the pan to the food object, namely the mechanism of heat propagation by conduction and radiation, but in this study, the heat propagation due to temporary convection was ignored. The first mechanism is accommodated by Fourier's Law, while the second is by Stefan-Boltzmann's Law. For simplification, the system is discussed in one dimension with the same grain size, but the object can have a different size. The composition of the pan walls, grains of sand, empty space, and food objects can be randomized so that various configurations can be created. Discussed how the process of heat propagation can occur in the roasting process and also radiation to the surrounding space on the top of the sand surface. The numerical analysis method is used with the finite difference method and the Matlab programming language for simulation.
