Spatial planning analysis towards conservation of Malay traditional house landscape characteristics is one of the important element in our country. It is because, this element is one of the uniqueness symbol that show the Malay culture in Malaysia and have a big potential for future development. So, to promote this symbol as a Malaysian identity, the government was spent and invested too much money to develop the best quality of services to fulfill tourists' need and demand. The purpose of this research is to describe the methods of measurement of the service quality model of Malay traditional house landscape characteristics. Generally, the service quality model can be measured by evaluating the gap between expectations and perceived values among the tourist's. There are many of variables may influence the service quality model. Identification of the relationship between tourists' expectation and satisfaction on services quality model is necessary for conservation of Malay traditional house landscape characteristics and also to measure for future tourism development. This research was suggest the modification of framework to measure the tourists' satisfaction on service quality model toward spatial planning analysis for conservation of Malay traditional house landscape characteristics.Key words-Malay traditional house landscape, Spatial planning analysis, Service quality model, Perceived value and framework.
