Over the last two decades, human resource (HR) professionals have been practicing traditional human resource processes in their organizations. However, a good number of HR professionals are struggling to implement a strategic impact on their businesses. They are laboring to shift from old-fashioned traditional HR practices to transformational processes. This research paper aims to determine the traditional and transformational roles of HR that deliver value to the business when we bridge the gap between them. This study conducts a systematic literature review of articles and books. The study primarily analyzed secondary data, including the previous data derived from prior research studies that the researcher extensively reviewed to understand the traditional and transformational HR roles. This study shows that for HR to deliver business value, the core functions of HR need to integrate and align with the transformational roles of HR, which include HR leadership, HR business partner (HRBP), employee champion, and change agent. Here, a conceptual framework of traditional and transformational HR roles is presented, explaining the linkage between them that build successful HR professionals. The study contributes to the development of the literature on HR.

Half (58.8%) of the patient was treated by dredging, 27.1% dredging with carnoy’s solution, and 33.9% by disarticulation with hemimandibulectomy using reconstruction plate. For the first five years, participants were recalled at every 3, 6 and 12 months, and then after every 2 years. 70% patients were drop out within 2 years and the rest of the patients had varying recurrence rate. The late recurrence recorded only one patient at 16 years of treatment by dredging 3 patient had unusual seedling (distance metastasis) in the lungs one patient in the leg and one patient with scalp. All this distance metastasis patents were treated by different modalities. The distance metastasis cannot rule out in any definite criteria. The study concluded that in case of carnoy’s solution, the recurrence rate is slow and safe measure to manage the patient without mutilating surgery.</p>
Background: Obturators are used to separate the oro-nasal opening. These improve speech and other oral functions as well as provide psychological support to the patients. Adding radicular attachments in an obturator makes more effective. Objective: To evaluate and compare the effectiveness of obturator with radicular attachment and conventional obturator in articulation of speech. Materials and Methods: Fifty patients, age ranged from 18 to 72 years, with maxillectomy defect were selected as the sample of the study. Among them 25 patients were treated with obturator with radicular attachment and another 25 patients were treated with conventional obturator. After insertion of obturator, data were collected on the basis of articulation of speech. Results: Patients treated with obturator with radicular attachment showed significantly better (P value <0.001) articulation of speech. Conclusion: Obturator with radicular attachment is more effective than conventional obturator.
