Human resources are a very important part for every company to achieve the goals to be achieved. Company goals can be achieved through high employee performance. The management of the company must be able to increase employee performance by paying attention to factors such as discipline and compensation. Results of research on company performance, PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu in the 2013-2018 period experienced a decline in performance. This study aims to determine the effect of: work discipline on employee performance; compensation for employee performance; and the influence of work discipline and compensation together on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu.The method used in this study is associative, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques by means of field research, literature study, data analysis and a population of 30 people and the determination of the sample using total sampling. The data analysis follows descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity and multiple regression analysis.The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Work discipline and compensation together have a significant influence on employee performance in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 while the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance is 91.9%. The remaining 8.1% is influenced by other factors.Employee performance can be increased if discipline and compensation are considered by the company management. The enactment of regulations that are accompanied by appropriate sanctions will encourage high work discipline and the management of the company to try to meet the needs of employees through appropriate compensation.

Currently, more and more companies, both government and private, realize that the influence of work stress and conflict is very large to produce productive employee performance, so that the role of work stress in carrying out their duties, authorities and responsibilities as well as the influence of conflict between leaders and their subordinates can stimulate subordinates in carrying out their duties. and responsibilities so as to achieve the expected company goals in a productive and efficient manner. This research was conducted to find out how the level of work stress, conflict and employee performance levels were carried out at PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, and how much influence work stress and conflict have on the performance of PD employees. Earth Wiralodra Indramayu. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The types of data needed for research are primary data and secondary data, while the techniques used in collecting data for research are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sample taken is 38 respondents. Data processing and analysis was carried out quantitatively using statistical methods, namely to find out how much influence work stress and conflict had on the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu uses path analysis. The results showed the level of work stress in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 23 respondents from 38 respondents (60.53%) stated that they strongly agreed with the work stress carried out by PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the level of conflict in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the very high category. This shows that 28 respondents out of 38 respondents (73.68%) stated that they strongly agree with the conflict carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu and the level of employee performance variables PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, is in the medium and high category. This shows that 13 respondents out of 38 respondents (34.21%) expressed doubt and agreed with the performance carried out in PD. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, although there are still some who have not fully delivered and implemented this performance well, this can be seen from the level of performance variables which show medium and high levels. From the path analysis results, the structural function equations are obtained, as follows: Y = -0.364 X1 + 0.299 X2. Based on these calculations, it can be stated that work stress (X1) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 13.2% and conflict (X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) by 8.9% and work stress and conflict (X1X2) affects changes in employee performance (Y) of 13.1%, and the influence of other variables outside the variables used = 0.932 (86.86%). The magnitude of the influence of other variables, which is 86.86%, indicates that there are other influences besides work stress (X1) and conflict (X2) which are very large on changes in the performance of PD employees. Bumi Wiralodra Indramayu, the value of Fcount is 2.639 < Ftable 3.27 while the value of tcount is -2.097 (X1) and 1.727 (X2) > ttable 1.689. The residual variables consist of factors that are not studied, such as; job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational culture, communication systems, and others.
Penelitian yang dilakukan dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data-data dan informasi yang berhubungan dengan giro wajib minimum dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan kredit pada bank konvensional, yang selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan jawaban dari identifikasi masalah di atas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Perkembangan Giro Wajib Minimum (GWM) pada PT. Bank Danamon Tbk, Tingkat pertumbuhan kredit pada PT. Bank Danamon Tbk, Besarnya pengaruh perkembangan Giro Wajib Minimum (GWM) terhadap pertumbuhan kredit pada Bank Danamon Tbk. ini Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode komparatif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan: Metode deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu teknik sampling purposive. Teknik sampling purposive yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dan untuk tujuan tertentu.Tteknik korelasi ini digunakan untuk mencari hubungan dan membuktikan hipotesis hubungan dua variabel bila data kedua variabel berbentuk interval atau rasio, dan sumber data dari dua variabel atau lebih tersebut adalah sama. Dengan teknik ini, penulis akan mengetahui pengaruh antara perkembangan giro wajib minimum (variabel X) dengan pertumbuhan kredit (variabel Y). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari pembahasan yang telah dilakukan pada analisa pembahasan , .Penyaluran giro wajib minimum tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2011 triwulan ke-3 yaitu sebesar Rp. 7.048.550. Sedangkan penyaluran giro wajib minimum paling rendah terjadi pada tahun 2010 triwulan ke-2 yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.696.114. Perkembangan giro wajib minimum tertinggi terjadi pada triwulan ke-1 tahun 2009 sebesar 0.968, dan perkembangan giro wajib minimum terendah terjadi pada triwulan ke-2 tahun 2010 sebesar -0.419, yang menunjukan tingkat penurunan giro wajib minimum cukup besar. Penyaluran kredit tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2011 triwulan ke-3 yaitu sebesar Rp. 83.933.183. Sedangkan penyaluran kredit paling rendah terjadi pada tahun 2007 triwulan ke-1 yaitu sebesar Rp. 34.622.419, dan pertumbuhan kredit tertinggi terjadi pada triwulan ke-2 tahun 2010 sebesar 0,188, dan pertumbuhan kredit terendah terjadi pada triwulan ke-1 tahun 2007 sebesar -0,129. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment dapat diketahui bahwa perkembangan giro wajib minimum dan pertumbuhan kredit memiliki hubungan yang rendah dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,189. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis regresi, diketahui bahwa hubungan antara perkembangan giro wajib minimum dan pertumbuhan kredit adalah negatif, artinya apabila perkembangan giro wajib minimum meningkat maka pertumbuhan kredit menurun. Koefisien regresi giro wajib minimum (X) sebesar -0,053 artinya jika giro wajib minimum (X) meningkat satu satuan, maka kredit (Y) cenderung menurun sebesar -0,053 satuan atau -5,3% Berdasarkan hasil uji t didapat bahwa Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak yang berarti pada α = 5%, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perkembangan giro wajib minimum terhadap pertumbuhan kredit. Dan berdasarkanperhitungankoefisien determinasi, perkembangan giro wajib minimum memberikan pengaruh sebesar 3,6% terhadap pertumbuhan kredit, dan sisanya 96,7% merupakan faktor lain diluar dari variabel giro wajib minimum.
