Patient BMI was not different across all groups. The most common etiologies of infertility were male factor and tubal factor followed by multifactorial infertility. Patients <35 and 35-38 within each group were analyzed as demonstrated in table 1. A significant difference was seen across implantation rate, chemical pregnancy rate, and clinical pregnancy rate for study patients with fresh ET ages 35-38.CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that intrauterine hCG instillation prior to fresh embryo transfer in women over age 35 may enhance implantation and clinical pregnancy rate. A prospective, randomized control trial may further delineate the effects of hCG instillation.
