Pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) merupakan pemeriksaan dengan tujuan mengoftimalkan kesehatan mental dan fisik ibu hamil untuk menghadapi persalinan, masa nifas, menyusui sampai kembalinya kesehatan reproduksi. Khususnya pada masa pendemi Covid-19 pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) harus tetap dilaksakan untuk memantau kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Dalam pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) ini ada faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu : umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pemgetahuan, dan sikap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ibu hamil terhadap pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Talun Kenas Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dalam melakukan pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Talun Kenas Tahun 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil TM 3 yang berada di Pusksmas Talun Kenas berjumlah 153 orang, sampel berjumlah 60 orang dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian didapat variebel yang berpengaruh terhadap pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah : umur (p value = 0,002), pendidikan (p value = 0,004), pekerjaan (p value = 0,002), pengetahuan ( p value = 0,000), sikap (p value = 0,001). Disarankan kepada responden agar tetap melakukan pemeriksaa Antenatal Care (ANC) selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan dan bagi tenaga kesehatan agar tetap melakukan pemantauan dan kunjungan rumah ibu hamil
Background: Simple inhalation is a method of treatment by giving the drug in the form of vapor directly to the respiratory tract to the lungs. Shortness of breath in pulmonary tuberculosis will be found in advanced disease, where the filtration is half the lung. This symptom is found if the lung parenchymal damage is extensive. Therefore found a way to reduce shortness of breath, one of them with simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita). This study aims to determine the effect of simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita) on decreasing shortness of breath in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Method: this study uses one group pre-test and post-test design. In this study the data were analyzed by T-Independent test (p <0.05). Based on the T-Independent test results, the treatment group shows that at p-value 0.000 <(α) 0.05, which means that there is an the simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita) to decrease breathlessness in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Looking at the results of this study, simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita) can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy to reduce clinical symptoms of tuberculosis, namely shortness of breath.
Health Service is a tool and or place that used to conduct health care efforts whether promotion, prevention, curation, or rehabilitation which conducted by central government, local government, and or community (PPRI No. 47 thn 2016). Observational research Methods is crossectional research design approach. The research was conducted in the Working Area Community Health Center of Kolang Tapanuli Tengah Regency. The population in this study were all maternity mothers between June to December 2017 in the work area of Health Center of Kolang Central Tapanuli Regency as many as 256 people, this research use Slovin formula, so the amount of research sample is 156 respondase.The result of Bivariate study showed that there was a significant relationship between: a) maternal age with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,001), b) there was a significant correlation between maternal education with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,001), c) there is a significant correlation between maternal job with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,002), d) there is a significant correlation between mother attitude with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-v= 0,002), e) exist (p- = 0.000,), there is a significant correlation between travel time and the utilization of health care facility of midwifery (p-= 0,000), f) there is a significant relationship between support families with utilization of midwifery care facilities (p- = 0,000), g) there is a significant relationship between means infrastructure with utilization of midwifery care facility (p-= 0,002), officer attitude factor is the most influencing factor in the utilization of midwifery health services. The supportive attitude of the officers will have a likelihood of 121 times in improving the utilization of maternal services in maternal mothers rather than the supportive attitude of the less supportive officers of maternity mothers.It is hoped that health workers community Health Center of Kolang Tapanuli Tengah can provide more information about the utilization of midwifery health service facilities to improve patient's health status and patient independence in order to utilize midwifery health care facilities Health Center of Kolang Tapanuli Tengah Regency
Tanjung Taruna Village is one of the areas in Jabiren Raya Subdistrict, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan province. This village is included in the peat swamp area and the Kahayan river basin. This village is geographically located in a watershed, making fishery products abundant, but the local community is constrained by marketing and processing fishery resources. Most of the population works as fishermen. This Village Development Grant Program (PHBD) activity aims to provide training and assistance to increase knowledge, skills and community welfare. The method of activity is carried out by conducting socialization, training and mentoring on the processing of fish into shredded and meatball products in order to increase the sale value of these fish which previously were only sold in the form of fresh fish and salted fish. The results of the activity showed that the participation of the participants was quite good with 38 participants. Based on the results of the training evaluation, it is known that 95.5% of the training participants have increased knowledge and can process fish products from their natural resources to be processed into fish balls and fish floss can be used as a source of household income.
Family emotional support is an important factor for successful delivery time. A woman who has a harmonious relationship whith her husband will have fewer effects of emotional, physical symptoms, and complications during delivery time and adjust post-partum. Anxiety functions as a barometer to measure the level of social support. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between the anxiety of pregnant women and the family support for delivery time at the Pratama Tanjung Clinic, Kec. Deli Tua, Kab. Deli Serdang. The method of this research is a servei analitik with cross sectional and technique for collecting sample is Aksidental sampling. The results test that showed there was a significant relationship between family support with the anxiety of pregnant women with P value = 0,020 (P < 0,05) of this research is using the chi-square conclusion the result showed that trere was a significant relationship between the anxiety of pregnant women and the family support for delivery time at pratama tanjung clinic suggestion pregnant women must always control her pregnance and expected to her families to accompany both at home and at the time for checking her pregnancy.
