The paper presents a systematic literature review of the Research done in the last 30 years in the area of Agency Cost. It undertakes content analysis technique for the purpose and does a complete publication and methodological analysis to discuss the path the research is following. Simple counts and cross tabs are run to look at the advancements in the publication and methodology of the research over the years and in the four different regions of the world where this research is taking place. The results help us determine where and how most of the research in the world is taking place, as in what are its characteristics. The implication of this would be to use the characteristics to do further research in the area of Agency Cost. Also, this research would help in identifying the gaps in the methodology used to research for Agency Cost creating room for further research.
Tourism industry plays an eminent role in the development of a country and is correlated with the economic growth of the economy. This research modelled the factors influencing tourists’ behavioural intentions tourism in Pakistan. Factors affecting the intentions of the tourists to visit a particular destination have been identified in this research. Primary data has been collected through questionnaires from respondents of various nationalities. Smart PLS has been used to apply SEM “Structural Equation Modelling approach” for hypothesis testing. The findings supported that destination satisfaction and destination attachment play an imperative role in the intentions of tourists to visit a location. More attached the visitors were with the destination, better the image they had of the destination, the satisfied they were with the destination and would therefore plan to visit it more often. The derivations from the analysis can play a pivot role in developing the policies and appropriate measures to enhance tourism industry in different countries. Attachment of the tourists and their image of the destination assumed a prominent role in their anticipation to visit Pakistan.
In health services, the drug can save lives and improve health quality. So the provision of essential medicines is mandatory and requires government support at all levels, both central, provincial and Regency/city. The existence of such support can be activities, budgets and commitments. The purpose of this research is to know the system of drug planning in the technical implementation Unit of the Regional Office of Medicine management in Ambon City Health office. This type of research is a qualitative study. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and document study. Information collected from 6 people who are involved in the management of drugs in the technical implementation Unit of the Regional Office of the Department of Medicine of the city Health office in Ambon. The results showed that drug planning uses a special team with the calculation of drug needs using method of consumption. The emptiness and excess medication are still common due to the change in public health centers affecting the drug prescribing patterns. Therefore, it needs a good coordination between the planning team in the technical implementation Unit of the regional office of the District Health Care office in Ambon City with a doctor at the Public health center in the area to be obedient in writing prescriptions according to the medication that has been ordered.
