Kota Batu adalah sentra apel terbesar di Indonesia, sehingga mendapat julukan sebagai Kota Apel. Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam budidaya tanaman apel di Kota Batu salah satunya adalah PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya. Fokus perusahaan ini dalam bidang agrowisata, yaitu budidaya komoditas apel dan wisata petik apel. PT. Kusuma Agrowisata ialah perusahaan yang berorientasi pada pertanian hulu hingga hilir mulai dari budidaya hingga pembuatan produk sari apel. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik budidaya, panen, serta pasca panen tanaman apel di perusahaan yang disasar. Pengambilan data primer didapatkan melalui metode observasi, praktek langsung di lapang, serta melakukan wawancara dengan pengawas kebun dan pekerja. Hasil perolehan data selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif lalu dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah teknik budidaya tanaman apel, penanganan panen, serta pasca panen. Tahapan dalam budidaya tanaman apel yaitu penyulaman, pengolahan tanah, perompesan, pemangkasan, pemupukan, penyiraman, pengendalian hama dan penyakit, pewiwilan, sanitasi, pemanenan. Tahapan pasca panen yaitu pembersihan buah, sortasi dan grading, pengemasan, penyimpanan, pengangkutan. Pemasaran apel dilakukan dengan menjual kepada pengunjung, tengkulak, wisata petik apel, dan pabrik sari buah apel.
<em>In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, an immune booster is needed that can maintain a person's immune system to become more immune to the corona virus. Therefore the product "SULANTAM ABS" is present as an immune supplement. "SULANTAM ABS" (Safe, Efficacious, Healthy Black Garlic Capsules) is an innovation from black garlic which is made in capsule form and aims to make it easier for consumers to consume it to be more effective, efficient, and hygienic. The objectives of this program include: 1) Meeting consumer needs as an immune supplement, 2) Increasing public knowledge about the benefits of black garlic, and 3) Creating innovations from black garlic supplement products in capsule form. The method of making “SULANTAM ABS” product includes the stages of fermentation, drying, flouring, and packaging. Sales of this product have been carried out during August to September 2021, the product sold 20 units with a turnover of Rp. 1,100,000, a profit of Rp. 201,000. and BEP Rp. 96,766. This sales method is mainly done online through e-commerce and offline through consignment. Based on these results, that this business is very profitable and beneficial for the community.</em>
The scarcity of fertilizers provides an opportunity for startup businesses to provide alternative organic fertilizers. PTC Organic is one of the pioneering business startups in producing alternative fertilizers that utilize livestock waste as the main ingredient in the form of egg shells, chicken bones, and beef bones that involve a series of processes so that they become available nutrients for plants. The research method used is descriptive-analytic using the Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC) method and SWOT analysis. The objectives of this research are 1) to map out the current PTC Organic business model using BMC, (2) to develop alternative business development strategies using the SWOT method. Internal and external factors include seven aspects of internal factors (Product, Price, Promotion, Business Location, Process, People, and Physical Evidence) and four aspects of external factors (Industrial Competitors, Suppliers, New Entrants, and Buyers). The results obtained are the position of Organic PTC is very profitable, namely in Quadrant I (0.3, 0.22). So anaggressive strategy in creating innovation and product development is necessary for the sustainability of PTC Organic's business.
