This study aims to determine the effect of the design, product innovation on consumer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty to Wardah cosmetic lipstick products in region of Jabodetabek. This research is an explanatory type of research that uses a quantitative approach in the form of observation. The results use primary data in the way of surveys to consumers. Sampling determines using conditions for consumers, namely at least three purchases in the last five months, 17 years old, and can understand and fill out the questionnaire applied to obtain a final sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis method uses path analysis and uses the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) program. The results of this study prove that product design and innovation have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Product design and innovation have a direct influence on consumer loyalty while not having a substantial effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
The utilization of technology only aims to be fast, precise, and accurate in each implementation and find a better solution at that time in several sectors. This study aims to identify the use of Global Positioning Technology (GPS) technology to track the position of the motor sailing yachts, specifically with the features used on a device or smart-phone during a trip or expedition. This research uses a type of applied research to solve problems that are faced clearly, and the results can be used as a basis for solving corrective steps. The results found that GPS-Technology on motor sailing yachts in "Pelayaran Rakyat" maritime can receive coordinates point and then send these coordinates to the vessel-tracking systems to determine the position of the motor sailing yachts between users.
The purpose of this study is to provide training in the form of skills in building online-based businesses. In simple terms, the activity trains participants on how to market a product using the internet as the main capital. This online business training consists of three parts, namely providing material about business online, the direct practice of creating an account and using social media Instagram and marketplaces, and creating persuasive messages in order to attract buying interest. The results of this study are quite good. Housewives at Saung Singgah TPU Pondok Kopi, who participated in this training, we're able to understand the online business well, were able to create accounts on social media Instagram and the marketplace as a means of online sales quite well even though there were still mothers in making persuasive messages. -Mothers who have not been able to and have not been able to make good persuasive messages. It is hoped that the sustainability of this activity will provide deeper knowledge and insights about online-based businesses through social media and marketplaces.

The purpose of this research is to see the effect of pentagon fraud that proxied by financial targets, nature of the industry, quality of external auditors, change of auditors, number of CEOs who frequently detect fraud in financial statements. Financial statement fraud in this study was measured using the proxies of Return on Assets, Receivables, selection of audit services at public accounting firms, changes in public accounting firms, changes in directors, and the number of CEO photos. The population in research study are use manufacturing companies who listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2019. This research uses a purposive sampling technique so, there are 48 financial reports from 25 manufacturing companies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20. The results of this research indicate that financial targets, nature of industry, quality of external auditors and the number of CEOs who often don’t have a significant effect in the handling of fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, changes in auditors and changes in direction have a significant effect from pentagon fraud side on fraudulent financial statements. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh fraud pentagon yang di proksikan dengan financial target, nature of industry, quality of external auditor, change of auditor, frequent number of CEO terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan (fraud) laporan keuangan. Kecurangan dalam Laporan Keuangan di penelitian ini diukur menggunakan proksi Return on Assets, Receivable, pemilihan jasa audit pada KAP, pergantian KAP, perubahan direksi, dan banyaknya foto CEO. Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2017-2019 digunakan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga terdapat 48 laporan keuangan dari 25 perusahaan manufaktur. Analisis regresi linear berganda merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dengan SPSS versi 20. Financial target, nature of industry, quality of external auditor dan frequent number of CEO tidak bepengaruh signfikan dalam mendeteksi adanya kecurangan dalam Laporan Keuangan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan, change of auditor dan change of direction berpengaruh signifikan dalam medeteksi kecurangan dalam laporan keuangan.
