Seiring berjalannya perkembangan di masyarakat, banyaknya peredaran produk pangan yang diproduksi oleh usaha industri rumah tangga, telah banyak didapati beberapa produk yang melanggar dan tidak memiliki izin edar sehingga membuat berbagai produk pangan olahan mengalami kontaminasi yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan manusia dengan produk yang illegal. Salah satu produk pangan yang harus memiliki izin edar adalah produk madu kelulut milik UMKM Abah Kelulut. Berdasarkan hal ini diperlukan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan penyiapan persyaratan dan implementasi pemenuhan legalitas usaha PIRT UMKM Abah Kelulut di Kota Samarinda. Proses pendampingan ini dilakukan empat tahap: observasi, penyiapan standarisasi perizinan industri rumah tangga serta pengajuan pendaftaran perizinan industri rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan berupa UMKM Abah Kelulut mengajukan perizinan industri rumah tangga. Pihak yang berwenang akan mengeluarkan legalitas berupa sertifikasi izin edar, hal ini tentunya akan membuat produk dapat memiliki jaminan layak edar dan sudah teridentifikasi aman untuk dikonsumsi serta dapat memberikan perlindungan kesehatan kepada konsumen.

<p>The research about the use of cinnamon oil as an antibacterial agent on natural paper from Banana <em>(musa<strong> </strong>paradisiaca Linn.) </em>Peel has been conducted. The preparation of the paper using alkalization method, with the use of NaOH 4% at the temperature of 100^oC for 1.5 hours. The paper is made in two variations, ie with additive cinnamon oil and without additive. The natural paper produced are tested for pH based on SNI ISO 6588-1.2010 and water content by dry-oven method based on SNI ISO 287:2010. The antibacterial activities were tested against <em>Staphylococcus aureus</em> and <em>Escherichia coli </em>using Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method. The paper produced meet the standard of ISO 6519:2016 about Basic Paper for Laminated Plastic Wrapping Paper within the parameter of pH and water content. The results showed that the paper with additive cinnamon oil have antibacterial activity againts <em>S</em><em>.</em><em> aureus</em> and <em>E. coli </em>with inhibition diameter zone 15 mm and 13 mm respectively, whereas paper without cinnamon oil additives has no antibacterial activity against either <em>S</em><em>.</em><em> aureus</em> or <em>E. coli. </em> These result indicate that cinnamon oil can be used as an antibacterial agent on the natural paper from Banana peel <em>(musa paradisiaca </em>Linn.<em>)</em>.</p>

Islamic religious differences among students create a condescending attitude and self-righteousness. Islamic scholars have compiled the concept of wasathiyyah or religious moderation as the solution. Islamic universities should instill an attitude of moderation in their students through lecturers. This research aims to describe student perceptions of the lecturer’s religious moderation attitude in learning at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. The method used quantitative and descriptive studies as research approaches. The data were collected through questionnaires and unstructured interviews. The result showed that student perceptions of lectures’ religious moderation in learning at UIN Raden Mass Said Surakarta were low with a percentage of 48% from a combination of four indicators, namely national commitment (43,4% high criteria), tolerance (50% high criteria), non-violence (40% very high), and acceptance of tradition (60% very high criteria).
