Labor is a physiological process that is directly related to health indicators. One of the health indicators is a decrease in the maternal mortality rate (MMR), namely with proper delivery assistance. The causes of AKI are bleeding, hypertension and infection that can occur during delivery and after delivery and can be avoided if delivery is assisted by health workers. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the choice of place of delivery in pregnant women. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all pregnant women at the Kenali Besar Public Health Center, Alam Barajo District, amounting to 1,102 in 2020 and sampling was carried out using an accidental sampling technique of 88 people. This research was carried out at the Kenali Besar Health Center Jambi City on 12 to 23 July 2021. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and the results of this study were analyzed univariately and bivariately with the chi-square test. The results of univariate analysis showed that 94.3% of respondents had good knowledge, 63.6% of respondents had a positive attitude, 60.2% of respondents had positive support and 95.5% of respondents chose a place to give birth at a health facility. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (0.000), attitudes (0.030) and family support (0.046) with the choice of place of delivery for pregnant women at the Kenali Besar Health Center, Jambi City. Conclusion: knowledge, attitudes and family support related to the choice of place of delivery for pregnant women at the Kenali Besar Public Health Center, Jambi City.Keywords: Choice of Delivery Place, Health Facility, Pregnant Women ABSTRAK Persalinan merupakan proses fisiologis yang secara langsung berhubungan dengan indikator kesehatan. Salah satu indikator kesehatan yaitu adanya penurunan angka kematian ibu (AKI) yaitu dengan pertolongan persalinan yang tepat. Penyebab AKI yaitu perdarahan, hipertensi dan infeksi yang dapat terjadi saat persalinan maupun pasca persalinan dan dapat dihindari apabila persalinan ditolong tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan tempat persalinan pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kecamatan Alam Barajoyang berjumlah 1.102 Tahun 2020 dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 88 orang.Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi pada Tanggal 12 s/d 23 Juli Tahun 2021. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan ujichi-square. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa 94,3% responden berpengetahuan baik, 63,6% responden memiliki sikap positif, 60,2% responden memiliki dukungan positif dan 95,5%responden memilih tempat bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (0,000), sikap (0,030) dan dukungan keluarga (0,046) dengan pemilihan tempat persalinanpada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi. Pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan keluarga berhubungan dengan pemilihan tempat persalinan pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi.
