Giriş ve Amaç Servikal premalign ve malign lezyonların erken tanı ve tedavisinde ve Pap (Papanicolaou) smear ve HPV tarama testlerinin önemi bilinmektedir. Bu çalışma ile üçüncü basamak tek merkez servikal tarama testi- biyopsi sonuçlarını karşılaştırmalı analiz ederek sunmayı amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntemler Çalışmaya 3.basamak tek bir merkezde jinekolojik onkoloji polikliniğine başvuran ve kolposkopik biyopsi yapılan 272 hasta dâhil edildi. Olguların Pap smear sonuçları Betesta sistemine göre klasifiye edildi. HPV-DNA tiplendirmesi PCR yöntemi ile yapıldı. Tüm servikal biyopsi örneklerinden elde edilen H&E, p16 ve ki 67 boyalı preperatlar ışık mikroskobunda değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırmalı analiz edildi. Bulgular ve sonuç HPV tarama testi, Ko-test ve Pap smear yöntemlerinin biyopsi ile uyumlarının karşılaştırılmasında HPV tarama testi anlamlı bulunmuştur (p0,05). Servikal smear testi genel topluma uygulanan bir tarama testi olup kuşkulu olgularda HPV testi yaptırmak serviks kanserini tarama açısından daha faydalı bulunmuştur.
The aim of this study was to compare the anxiety and depression levels of women with twin pregnancies and women with singleton pregnancy without using assisted reproduction technique. Material and Method:Thirty-six women with twin pregnancies and between 30-34 weeks of gestation were included in the study. Thirty-five women with single pregnancy were included as a control group. Sociodemographic data form and the Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS) were applied to both groups by evaluating them by the psychiatrist. The sociodemographic characteristics and HADS scores of women with twin and singleton pregnancy were compared.Results: When women with twin pregnancies were compared with women with single pregnancies, no significant difference was found between the two groups in terms of age, educational status, employment status, economic status and miscarriage, while gravida and number of children were significantly different between the two groups. When the HADS scale scores were evaluated, it was found to be that the levels of anxiety and depression were significantly higher in twin pregnancies. Conclusions:Based on the present clinical results, it was found that the levels of anxiety and depression are higher in women with spontaneous twin pregnancy compared to single pregnancy.
The main purpose of this study is to examine the future teachers' thoughts about what kind of a teacher they want to be in the future via metaphors. In this direction, it is wanted 230 pre-service teachers who study in Dicle University Ziya Gökalp Faculty of Education in 2011-2012 academic year to complete the sentences of "I want to be a teacher like …….. Because………". The data obtained from this study were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative research methods. According to results of this study, participants produced 193 valid metaphors about teacher concept that they want to be in the future. These metaphors collected under four categories which are progressive teachers of the future, reconstructivist teachers of the future, perennial teachers of the future and essentialist teachers of the future in terms of common characteristics of metaphors. According to results obtained from this study, pre-service teachers mostly adopt progressivism educational philosophy and they adopt essentialist educational philosophy at the lowest rate.
