The objective of the research is to determine farmer’s socio-economic characteristics, the paddy’s cultivation innovation adoption degree and the relationship between farmer’s socio-economic factors with the degree of paddy’s (Oryza sativa L.) cultivation innovation adoption in Kembang Merta Village. This research is using descriptive statistic analytic method with survey technique. The study location is taken on purpose base. Kembang Mertha Village was chosen because it is one of rice production center in Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sample was taken from 48 people by using stratified random sampling technique based on the farmer’s rice field area. The correlation test of Rank Spearman using SPSS 17 Program is used to examine the relationship between farmer’s socio-economic factors with the degree of paddy (Oryza sativa L.) cultivation innovation adoption. Research result showed that mostly respondents have 1.1 – 2 Ha paddy field area with income about Rp. 11.000.000- Rp. 15.000.000 every planting season. Mostly respondents are 40 to 50 years old that classified as productive ages and mostly were senior school graduates. The non-formal education only once to four times a year and the cosmopolitan respondents only three times a year. The degree of Paddy (Oryza sativa L.) cultivation innovation adoption observed from paddy’s cultivation stages. The soil plowing process in median 5, planting paddy in median 5, fertilization in median 4, irrigation in median 5, the pests, diseases and weeds control in median 5 and harvest and post-harvest in median 5. Correlation test indicated that land area, income, formal education and cosmopolitan level are significant to rice cultivation innovation adoption, whereas non-formal education and ages indicated insignificant relation to rice cultivation innovation adoption. *jnd
This study aims to determine what sectors are the leading sectors and the role of superior sector to the economy within the last 5 years in Jayawijaya regency. This research is conducted for three months starting from June 2017 until August 2017 in Jayawijaya Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Jayawijaya district. The data is in though using descriptive analysis research method. The research shows that the sectors that are the leading sectors in Jayawijaya Regency are agriculture, forestry, fishery, processing industry sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector, construction sector, trade, hotel and restaurant sector, transportation and communications sector, and the services sector. The sectors of services, transport and communications, and the agricultural sector are the most contributing sectors in the economy compared to other leading sectors.
The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate approach to agricultural extension methods of chili farmers in Tiwoho Village, Wori District. This research was conducted from October to December 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Theprimary data collection method is done by asking respondents to fill out a questionnaire that uses a Likert Scale measurement tool and has been prepared. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The number of respondents is 15 people. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Secondary data obtained from the Tiwoho Village office and the internet, namely google cendekia to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially concerning agricultural extension methods. This study shows that the approach of individual agricultural extension methods is more suitable to have the highest total score as many as 314 and a percentage of 83.7%.*jnkd+eprm*
This study aims to determine the pattern of marketing, calculate the amount of costs, margins and marketing benefits and farmer's share in Pangu Dua Village, which was held from June to August 2018. The dataused in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by submitting a list of questions to farmers 10 respondents, collecting traders 5 respondents, retailers 3 respondents in Pangu Dua Village. While secondary data was obtained from Pangu Dua Village Office, and the internet. Data analysis in this study uses marketing channel analysis and marketing margin analysis. The results of the study show that there are four forms of marketing channels in Pangu Dua Village. Marketing channel I consists of farmers and consumers; marketing channel II consists of farmers, retailers, consumers; marketing channel III consists of farmers, collectors, supermarkets retailers and consumers; marketing channel IV consists of farmers, collectors and wholesalers between islands. Marketing channel III has the highest value, namely the cost of Rp. 345 per kilogram, margin of Rp. 11,000 per kilogram, and profit of Rp. 10,655 per kilogram. The highest portion received by farmers (farmer’s share) on marketing channel I is 100 percent. This research support the result of previous study by Kaparang's 2015 that the greater the marketing margin, the smaller the portion received by farmers, on the contrary the smaller the marketing margin the greater the portion received by farmers, can be accepted in this study.*jnkd+eprm*
The objective of this research is to analyze the level of financial feasibility of dodol "UD Mandiri" in Pangu Satu Village, Ratahan Timur Sub-District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from November 2018 to April 2019. Research Methods Case Study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with business owners UD Mandiri. Whereas secondary data is obtained from companies, books available at local bookstores and on the internet such as Google Scholar to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities relating to the topic of this research are mainly concerned with financial analysis.Analysis of existing data using qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods are carried out to find out the dodol business characteristics that are presented in non-financial aspects in descriptive form, tables, charts or images, graphics such as process/production aspects, marketing aspects, legal aspects, environmental aspects,environmental aspects. Quantitative methods uses quantitative numbers regarding financial feasibility such as Net Present Value (NPV), Net B / C Ratio, Internal Rate Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP). There search result showed by using its own capital, UD Mandiri salak dodol business is declared feasible with an NPV value of Rp103.045.440, IRR (Internal Rate Return) or investment return of 60%, more than the UKM interest rate ( 6%) and Net B / C Ratio of 1,012, greater than one and payback period for two years.*jnkd+erprm*
