Digitalization is critical for the long-term viability of small businesses in the new economy. As global digitalization accelerates, Malaysian SMEs must embrace the digital economy to contribute to economic growth. A critical issue confronting SMEs in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic is adopting a digital business model. This study examines the importance of embedding digital technology into business models among SMEs, which has been shown to increase long-term productivity and sustainability. Technology adoption will help close the productivity gap between SMEs and large corporations by increasing capacity and capability for greater competitiveness and innovation. The increasing business activities of state-owned banks in Indonesia increases risks. This circumstance can impact the level of state-owned banks’ efficiency. Thus, this research analyses the influence of banking risks on the state-owned banks’ efficiency in Indonesia from 2016 to 2019. Moreover, inflation as one of the macroeconomic factors may also affect the relationship between banking risks and efficiency; hence, this research also examines the inflation role as a moderating variable of this relationship. The samples of this research are all state-owned banks in Indonesia. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis shows that liquidity risk and credit risk have positive and significant influences on efficiency. However, inflation as a moderating variable has no significant influence on efficiency. Inflation also fails to moderate the relationship between liquidity risk and efficiency of state-owned banks in Indonesia. Nevertheless, inflation successful moderates the relationship between credit risk and efficiency.
The company value perceived by investors towards the company is often associated with the stock price. The higher of company's value can increase investor and make good profitability. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, and liquidity on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable. Population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The sample in this company is 84 companies, the sampling method uses purposive sampling. The type of data used is classic assumption, multiple linear regression, and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study show that partially the variable return on assets has a significant positive effect on price to book value, firm size has an insignificant positive effect on price to book value, and current ratio has a negative but insignificant effect on price to book value. Capital structure cannot moderate the relationship between profitability and price to book value, capital structure cannot moderate the relationship between firm size and price to book value, and capital structure cannot moderate the relationship between current ratio and price to book value.
Ikan nila merupakan produk budidaya ikan yang dihasilkan oleh Desa Degayu dan telah diolah menjadi berbagai jenis produk olahan. Untuk meningkatkan nilai jual dari produk hasil olahan ikan nila tersebut dibutuhkan teknik pengemasan yang menarik. Oleh karena itu pelatihan pengemasan produk ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan dan menambah pengetahuan penduduk Desa Degayu agar dapat mengemas produk ikan nila yang dihasilkannya secara menarik dan higienis. Pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu program dari Riset Teknologi dan Informasi (Ristekin) kota Pekalongan.Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan peserta pelatihan mengenai teknik pemasaran untuk meningkatkan hasil penjualan produk ikan nila. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh ibu-ibu PKK Desa Degayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan. Tahapan pelatihan dimualin dengan sosialisasi penemasan produk dan penggunaan label kemasan, tahpa kedua adalah praktek penggunaan mesin impulse sealer dan label kemasan, tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 85% peserta pelatihan mampu menghasilkan kemasan produk olahan ikan nila yang menarik dan higienis dan dilengkapai dengan label yang informatif.
Research on the distribution of ozone in a cold storage has been done. This cold storage is equipped with an ozone piping system. Ozone inserts to the cold storage was generated by dielectric barrier discharge plasma. The reactor is made of two stainless steel mesh wire cylindrical electrodes and a barried by a pyrex tube. The pipes are hollowed so that ozone can be distributed into cold storage. The distribution of ozone in cold storage is determined by placing a petri dish in twenty-four different points. Ozone that inserted to storage (10 cubic meters) with a capacity of 40 grams/hour. The inserting of ozone into cold storage was done with four different lengths of time wich are 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Ozone distribution in storage was almost the same at each measurement points. The most influential in the distribution is the time. We found that the distribution of ozone into storage with average ozone concentration of 4.3, 6.3, 4.6, and 4.0 ppm with time 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes respectively. Futhermore, we also dissolve the ozone into the water in the tank in the same storage with temperature (2-8)0C. We found that the concentration of dissolved ozone in the water without samples was always greater than that of the existing fish and shrimp samples, with various dissolution times between (30-120) minutes at 30 minutes intervals. Cold storage dedicated ozone was used to store fish used to store tuna, milkfish and shrimp. With ozone immersion of fish in ozone-soluble water can maintain fish quality for 16 days.
