Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is a cytokine that belongs to the interleukin-2 (IL-2) family and is essential for the development, proliferation, and activation of immune cells, including natural killer (NK) cells, T cells and B cells. Recent studies have revealed that interleukin-15 also plays a critical role in cancer immunotherapy. Interleukin-15 agonist molecules have shown that interleukin-15 agonists are effective in inhibiting tumor growth and preventing metastasis, and some are undergoing clinical trials. In this review, we will summarize the recent progress in interleukin-15 research over the past 5 years, highlighting its potential applications in cancer immunotherapy and the progress of interleukin-15 agonist development.
Organic coating is considered to be one of the most effective methods to prevent metal corrosion. The corrosion resistance of the coating was tested by the improved copper accelerated acetic acid immersion test, and the quality change of the coating sample before and after immersion was tested. The appearance change of graphene was observed by SEM, and the anticorrosion mechanism of graphene was studied. The results showed that the copper salt accelerated acetic acid salt immersion test accelerated the corrosion process and shortened the determination time. There was no obvious change in the test sample after soaking for 400h. The main anticorrosion mechanism is that the conductive graphene in graphene nano anticorrosive coating can effectively protect the metal substrate by “conductive bridging”.
Epoxy resin is often used as raw material of anticorrosion, but in the curing process of resin, a large number of micropores are prepared in the solvent evaporation method, which reduces the performance of anticorrosion. In order to reduce internal defects and improve corrosion resistance, GO was compounded with SiO2 modified by KH550 to prepare for GO-SiO2. By means of mechanical stirring and ultrasonic dispersion, GO-SiO2 was added to epoxy resin to prepare for the anticorrosive coating. SEM was used to observe the coating morphology, and the physical and electrochemical properties of the coatings with different mass fractions of GO-SiO2 are tested for corrosion resistance. The results show that 3 wt% GO-SiO2 coating shows the best performance, the coating hardness reaches H, the adhesion grade is II.
