The internet offers both growth and loyalty opportunities for brands. To this end, over the recent years, companies have accelerated the development of their websites, including richer and more interactive content as well as relationship tools such as email newsletter and consumer magazines. Using the example of a leading French manufacturer's website, the present research demonstrates that visitors satisfied with their overall website experience are more inclined to revisit and recommend the site and in turn develop more positive attitudes toward the brand as well as higher purchase intent. These relations are stronger for consumers that are members of the website email newsletter program and those that receive the brand consumer magazine.
Through an analysis of the early legal and institutional response to Covid-19 in Tunisia, this article demonstrates that the narrative of Tunisia’s democratic exceptionalism following the 2011 revolution is not translated into a liberal legal practice but is instead upheld by an authoritarian rationale that serves the role of a formal channel that legitimizes power discourse. Specifically, this article focuses on what the state of exception, which was declared during the ongoing state of emergency, reveals about the various uses of law in Tunisia. It argues that the state of emergency has become the norm to the Tunisian way of governance post-2011, allowing for the survival of past authoritarian practices where the legal apparatus is used and deployed as a tool of policing and control.
Cet article propose une typologie de sites web pour des annonceurs ayant choisi une présence multi-sites sur Internet. Nous considérons qu’un site web est un support de communication et que les éléments de contenu à offrir dépendent du type de site à promouvoir. A l’aide d’une étude auprès de 19 experts, nous identifions les frontières entre les sites e-commerce, sites institutionnels, sites de marque et sites informationnels. Les résultats montrent que les sites de marque partagent plusieurs éléments de contenu avec les autres types de sites étudiés.
