Longterm goals to be achieved from this study was to determine the benefitts of ecotourism activities for the improvement of public welfare and conservation of natural resources in the protected forests of Mount Sirimau. Specific targets to be achieved is to know the tourism development strategy by focusing on real public participation through community participation in the entire ecotourism activities ranging from planning to evaluation monitoring.Metode research used survey method by observation, interviews and focus group discussions between groups of conscious travel, community and government Hukurila country. FGD conducted modified from the PRA method with the process includes the formulation of the problem, identification of alternative problem-solving and implementation. Cooperation with stakeholders through a partnership approach. Data were analyzed qualitative descriptive to describe implimentasi community-based ecotourism development. The results showed that the group of tourism awareness “Nine” into institutional forum in the village who managed Hukurila ecotourism in the country. Activities include participatory community activities in terms of return decisions, participation in the implementation of activities such as a tour guide providers, providers of food and beverage services, environmental cleanup and promotion of tourist sites and providers of travel and participation and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. The study aims to determine the strategy of developing ecotourism based on community participation and stakeholder involvement. The research method used was a survey method by making direct observations to the location of attractions and conducting an inventory of forms of community involvement with interview technique. Then a focus Group Disscusion (FGD) is conducted to get the same perception between the community and stakeholders. Data were analyzed qualitativelvy using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the ecotourism potential in the village of Hukurila was very diverse both in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems including naturan and cultural potentials.The potential of natural tourism consists of Tihulessy beach, Wailirang beach, Zeu beach, underwater cave with a variety of coral reefs, waterfalls, beautiful landscape. Cultural potential consists of the “cuci desa ”, cakalele dance, nyainyai dae dance, ”batu badiri’ and local wisdom ”sasi”. Community perception shows that 83.3% of respondents agreed to develop ecotourism activities and community participation related to tourism activity planning, implementation of activities and development of tourism facilities supported by tourism stakeholders such as local governments and NGOs: IFAD, Mahina Arika and Walang Perempuan who are actively support tourism activities SWOT analysis shows ecotourism activites in Hukurila village according to quadran I (Aggressive Strategi). The purpose of this research is marketing of wetar honey in order to know the marketing chain of wetar honey and the factors that influence the production and marketing of wetar honey.The research method used is a qualitative description method and data collection were conducted through interviews and FGDs with farmers group of wetar honey and also conducted laboratory test of wetar honey sample at Ambon Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) to obtain certificate. The results of this research are quantitatively and qualitatively describe. The results achieved in this study wetar honey business provides a very large result for the improvement of the community economy if there is a development effort both in terms of production ie from honeycomb to packaging, as well as marketing terms which are marketing, distribution dan promosion developed.. Total respondent increase income from the development of wetar honey is Rp 50.000 – Rp 70.000 / 500 ml. Based on the letter from BPOM Ambon Number PM.02.04.1092.04 to the honey parameter test for 500ml size has passed the test / eligible for consumption.
The objective of this study was to find out components of production cost and analyzing the cost of production materials which used full costing method and variable costing method. This research was conducted at October 2019 on PT. Katingan Timber Celebes Wamlana Village, Fenaleisela Subdistrict, Buru Regency. The company is a buried sawmill industry at Buru Island when has a primary industrial license for timber. Research data were collected by observation, documentation and interview methods, and then analyzed by full costing and variable costing methods. The result showed that the components of production cost consist of raw materials cost, direct labor cost used fixed factory overhead cost and variable factory overhead cost. The cost of production used costing method have value of Rp.5.120.341.644,- more higher compered to variable costing is Rp.4.542.320.899,- the difference value of the cost of production due to full costing methods which imposes the fixed overhead cost and the variable overhead cost, that the cost of production is higher than with variable costing methods which imposes by factory overhead cost.
Socio-economic and cultural life of rural communities in an effort Hukurila land use and management of forest resources to meet the needs of life is a hereditary habits are not many greet the change . Research conducted in the village of Hukurila aims to : 1 ) determine the characteristics of rural communities Hukurila role in the management of natural resources , 2. Knowing the diversity of land use by communities Hukurila 3.Mengetahui stages of land management by communities Hukurila. The method used is survey analysis by doing a direct observation, selection and sampling locations is done with a specific purpose ( purposeful ) with 15 respondents coupled with key informants : Saniri country ( village government ) and related instransi , and NGO. The results showed the characteristics of the community in the utilization and management of forest resources based on age class , level of education , type of work and the amount of income . The pattern of land use by communities Hukurila can be divided into five (5 ) the yard , garden, Dusung agroforestry , forest , coast. While the stages of land management consists of Preparation , planting , maintenance , harvesting , marketing , post-harvest processing .
