Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu bagian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen terpilih dari seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk melatih karakter mahasiswa, jiwa kepemimpinan, kepekaan sosial, pengalaman belajar serta pengembangan diri melalui aktivitas diluar kelas perkuliahan. Sekolah sasaran yang menjadi objek pada kegiatan ini adalah SDN 188/IX Tanjung Baru Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Maret hingga 1 Juli 2022. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengimplementasikan kegiatan literasi dan numerasi kepada peserta didik serta membantu guru dalam penggunaan adaptasi teknologi media pembelajaran di SDN 188/IX Tanjung Baru. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kelas tutor yang berfokus kepada pendampingan belajar siswa yang mengalami keterlambatan pemahaman dalam belajar. Kelas tutor yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara melakukan bimbingan membaca, menulis, dan menghitung terhadap siswa diluar jam pelajaran di sekolah. Adapun tahapan kegiatan ini meliputi: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini sudah berjalan dengan baik, yaitu terdapat adanya peningkatan literasi dan numerasi siswa dengan menunjukkan perkembangan dan antusias minat belajar siswa.The Teaching Campus Program is a part of the activities carried out by selected students and lecturers from all tertiary institutions in Indonesia, which aims to train student character, leadership skills, social sensitivity, learning experiences and self-development through activities outside the lecture class. The target school that became the object of this activity was SDN 188/IX Tanjung Baru, Muaro Jambi Regency. This activity was carried out from March 2 to July 1 2022. This service aims to implement literacy and numeracy activities for students and assist teachers in adapting learning media technology at SDN 188/IX Tanjung Baru. The method of implementing this community service activity is a tutoring class that focuses on assisting students who experience delays in understanding learning. The tutoring class is conducted by conducting reading, writing, and arithmetic guidance to students outside of class hours. The stages of this activity include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation are data collection techniques. The results of this service activity have gone well; namely, there has been an increase in student literacy and numeracy by showing progress and enthusiastic interest in student learning.
