This study aims to determine the influence of the use of production factors on rice farming production. This research was conducted in Urban Village of Koya, Sub-district of South Tondano, Minahasa District by using primary data and secondary data. Sampling in this research was done by using Simple Random Sampling method with 60 farmers as respondents. The variables measured in this research are production, land area, amount of labor, amount of phonska fertilizer, amount of urea fertilizer, number of seeds and amount of pesticide. The data analysis used is Cobb Douglas model regression analysis to see the influence of each factor of production on the produced production. Simultaneously variable of land area, seed, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, pesticide and labor have an effect on rice field production in Koya. Individual variables of land area, urea seed and fertilizer have a significant effect on rice production.
This study aims to find out how much farm income clove and clove farming contribution to total household income of farmers in the New Raanan 2 Village. The study was conducted from March to June 2015. Samples size was 30 respondents using purposive sampling method. Results from this study indicate clove farm income is a source of income which contributes most of all sources of income of farming families. However, in terms of farm income cloves there are several indicators that show the need for increased production and expenditure savings, given harvest once a year and selling prices are volatile. Farmers need to maintain the indicators that have been rated excellent for this, such as vacant devote time to other farms and use clove farm income to education, such as sending children to school.
The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of the role of farmers in the village agricultural extension Rasi, District Ratahan, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The study was implemented for 4 months, namely from March to June 2016. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews with farmers based on a list of questions (questionnaire), while secondary data obtained from the Office of Agricultural Extension Agency for Fisheries and Forestry (BP3K), District Ratahan, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling method in this study is using a non-probability. Analysis of data using a Likert Scale based on the answers of 25 questions to measure the perception of the role of farmers to extension workers with total respondents as many as 36 people. These results indicate that the total score of the level of farmers' perceptions of the role of agricultural extension for 3678 and are in the perception index of 81 percent, thus the perception of farmers as very good. Perception is in excellent farmers also on an indicator of increased productivity results, level of innovation ease of extension can be easily put into practice, the results of innovation extension can be easily seen or observed, productivity increased output is larger than before farmers using agricultural extension innovation.
This study aims to determine the income of coconut farmers with horizontal diversification and cropping pattern which provide coconut production and greater revenue. The result showed that amount of the income of coconut farmers with horizontal diversification more than the income of coconut farmers in cultivated monoculture. Horizontal diversification of cropping patterns provides the biggest income is coconut-rice field.
This study aims to determine the profile of Tahu Tempe industry in Bahu District of Malalayang. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from preparation to reporting. Place of research in Bahu District of Malalayang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with business owners using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from Department of Industry (Dinas Perindustrian) of Manado City. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis where the data were presented in table and then discussed descriptively. The results showed that the industry of Tahu Tempe “X” in Bahu District of Malalayang earned a profit of Rp14.661.667 per month. This profit is obtained by subtracting revenue of Rp59,250,000 per month with total cost of Rp44,588,333 per month.
