The strategic location of the Riau Islands Province which is in the border area, where geographically the Riau Islands Province stretches from the Malacca Strait to the South China Sea (Natuna) and is directly adjacent to Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia and Singapore as a centre of world trade, Riau Islands Province has an important role in strategic in world trade traffic. Has the potential to be developed economically on a maritime basis, but in addition to the economic potential, this situation is also a threat when viewed from the aspect of state sovereignty, therefore an asymmetric decentralization policy is needed in the form of granting special status through special autonomy with a topographical approach, not political.
This study aims to create an application design that can provide information about the available location for parking lot users. Therefore, it is expected to reduce the effect of searching an available parking lot, such as traffic congestion and illegal parking. Literature study and object-oriented analysis and design were used as methods for this study. The results of this study were a design blueprint that could be used to build an application. The application was used for users search the locations of available parking lot nerby them or their destination using web or mobile web browser. Several ways can be used as a source of information about parking lot locations. First, parking lot owners can register their location. Second, users can submit parking locations and other users can verify the submitted location. Third, the government or local police can provide data regarding the parking area, for example, certain roads that allowed for parking. Thus, this application can help users to find parking lot locations and make users more obedient whenever they try to park their vehicles by not violating traffic rules.
This article has an analytical approach towards internasionalization of anti- money laundering and implementation Vienna Convention as international standard of anti-money laundering in Indonesia. Further, it eximes compliance of Indonesia government to Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Eecommendations as derivation of Vienna Convention. The 40 FATF Recommendations are a set of recommendations used as a global standard in building anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regime. The findings indicate that Indonesia have majority compliant to Vienna Convention as derived 40 FATF Recommendation. Overall, Imdonesia has a high level of technical compliance with relevant recommendation. But until year 2021, to 40 FATF Recommendations, Indonesia has no compliance to Recommendation number 7 (Target financing of proliferation sanction) that is Indonesia has not stated and regulated the sanction of proliferation funding. To improve implementation Recommendation 7 Target Financing Proliferation in Indonesia, we take data and information from FATF APG Group of Japan, Singapore dan Austraia in developing legal system of financing proliferation, in order to compare the legal framework of proliferation financing in those countris with situation in Indonesia. Further, we suggest solution of legal policy to improve legal framework of proliferation financing sanction in Indonesia, in line with implementation targeted financial sanctions of proliferation without delay to comply with United Nations Security Council Resolutions.

Indonesia is a democratic country that upholds the values of justice. Siak Regency is one of the districts in Riau Province which is synonymous with Malay culture. The values of local wisdom are still very thick in the life of the Malay people in Siak. The constitutional rights of citizens are regulated in the 1945 Constitution. In relation to fighting for constitutional rights, it cannot be denied that gender issues are an inhibiting factor for the development of society, especially for women. This is also an implication of the lack of system support that accommodates women in honing their potential and creativity, especially in rural areas. Therefore this paper is present as an emotional outpouring of questioning the role and involvement of women in the Merempan Hilir area to improve quality. family life through the agricultural sector built on the basis of rational arguments. The agricultural sector is the main sector that gets great attention and hope in rural communities and this agricultural sector is the main sector of livelihood for the people of the area. this is based on the characteristics of Indonesia as an archipelagic country which incidentally has an agrarian style, so that agricultural activities have become a tradition that is still well preserved today. However, the problem in the life of rural communities in general is the limited access to potential sources in an area. The type of research used is sociological legal research.
