Subang Regency has the main sector in the field of agriculture that is pineapple fruit horticulture. According to Subang Spatial Planning Regulation of 2011 - 2031 agricultural potential that has the opportunity to increase the financing capacity of regional development is pineapple fruit. The objectives of this study were to: (1) delineate the available land for pineapple fruit, (2) evaluate the suitability of the land for pineapple fruit cultivation, (3) determine the potential land location for pineapple fruit development. The methodology used in this study was an analysis of Geographic Information System and land evaluation based on limiting factor to compare the characteristics of the land with the requirements of growing plants. The results showed that of potential land for the development of pineapple fruit is spread over the south side of Subang Regency. Sub-district prioritized the recommended for development is sub-district which have the area of available land and have the widest suitability, namely Cijambe Sub-district with an area of 2,124 hectares and Jalancagak sub-district with an area of 1,135 hectares.

The creative craft industry in Rajapolah District as the main driver of the regional economy in supporting facilities that still concentrated in one particular area. There have been limited studies concerned on  spatial functions in creative spaces. This article addresses the criteria for functions and facilities for the development of creative industrial areas and their application in spatial recommendation for village areas. This research used a quantitative method using instruments on statistical data. Data analysis was divided into three stages namely identification, determining the criteria, and determining spatial functions. The study used the form of production data includes raw materials, labor, product size, product diversity, as well as the distribution of production houses, marketing facilities and education and training. The results showed that the development of creative industrial zones can be identified on criteria functions in the provision of raw materials, production, research and development, and marketing. Some villages have fulfilled the criteria for the function of creative spaces, which are relatively scattered in craft production houses close to the center of village activities. Besides that, it is also relatively far away, however supported by adequate road access. Creative promotion centers in the form of markets, outlets and shops are mostly concentrated on the main road network. Meanwhile, creative education centers in the form of multi-purpose building are relatively concentrated in some villages. Articles contribute to the field of creative industry science which is practically used as a consideration for the government in preparing detailed urban masterplans. Dalam menaikkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup warga pedesaan, perlu dikembangkan faktor ekonomi potensial. Daerah yang tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dapat memperlambat pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi situasi sektor ekonomi di Desa Haurpugur Kecamatan Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung stakeholder. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitaif dan kualitatif yang didukung dengan metode wawancara semi terstruktur dengan menggunakan teknik analisis LQ, DLQ, ME, Shift Share dan Actor-Network Theory. Hasil penelitian di Desa Haurpugur terdapat komoditas unggulan meliputi sektor pertanian komoditas padi sawah, tomat dan mentimun; sektor peternakan komoditas ayam kampung, bebek, telur bebek dan burung puyuh; sektor perikanan komoditas ikan mas dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ME secara keseluruhan sektor yang ada memberikan efek pengganda bagi Desa Haurpugur dan untuk wilayah disekitarnya. Selain itu, terdapat upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan kelompok organisasi. Artinya, selain memiliki nilai basis, komoditas tersebut telah meningkatkan kelembagaan structural organisasi untuk memberikan peluang memanfaatkan secara maksimal kondisi eksisting dan sektor-sektor utama dibandingkan dengan desa-desa di Kecamatan Rancaekek.
