Increasing number of social media users in urban areas , leading to a new era of openness of public emotion. Most citizens are literate digital world took part in the role of citizen journalism to report events, disseminate information, to express emotions, form an opinion and to voice expectations. "We define s Smart City as one that uses information and communications technology to make both its critical infrastructure and its components and public services more interactive, efficient and better known to its residents. In the broadest sense, a city can be regarded as 'smart' when its investments in human and social capital and in its communications infrastructure foment sustainable economic development and a high standard of living along with the wise management of natural resources by an engaged government" [1]. Smart City is a city that is combined with computers , the data and analytics that can produce a portrait of the model and condition of the city as well as the prediction of the crucial needs of a city in order to sustain in the future. Smart cities are all about how computers, data, and analytics, which consist of models and predictions, are being embedded into cities [9]. Smart City by IBM divided into 6 Characteristics [ 1 ] , [ 2 ] , the Smart Economy, Smart Mobility, Smart Government, Smart People, Smart Living and Smart Environment. Each of these characteristics has a specific role to safeguard the sustainability of a city.

Abstract. The purpose of this research is making an ordering food application based on Android with New Order, Order History, Restaurant Profile, Order Status, Tracking Order, and Setting Profile features. The research method used in this research is water model of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with following phases: requirement definition, analyzing and determining the features needed in developing application and making the detail definition of each features, system and software design, designing the flow of developing application by using storyboard design, user experience design, Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, and database structure design, implementation an unit testing, making database and translating the result of designs to programming language code then doing unit testing, integration and System testing, integrating unit program to one unit system then doing system testing, operation and maintenance, operating the result of system testing and if any changes and reparations needed then the previous phases could be back. The result of this research is an ordering food application based on Android for customer and courier user, and a website for restaurant and admin user. The conclusion of this research is to help customer in making order easily, to give detail information needed by customer, to help restaurant in receiving order, and to help courier while doing delivery.

The purposes of this research are to design and implementation of laboratory information systems (LIS) at the Laboratory of Cancer Hospital Dharmais (Dharmais Cancer Hospital). The methods used are the method of analysis, design methodology using Total Architecture Synthesis (TAS) and database design methods. Methods include analysis of the survey directly into the clinical laboratory Dharmais Cancer Hospital, and interviews with users who running the current system in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory. The design method using TAS. The results of this study is a single integrated Laboratory Information System applications with other systems that exist in Dharmais Cancer Hospital and also the delivery of feature inspection results by using text service and email, in addition to be taken directly to Dharmais Cancer Hospital and sent to the address. The conclusions from this study are all the transactions contained in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory have been computerized and integrated.
