This paper deals with basic blocks for processing and pre-processing of data acquired from radar sensor heads in developing system for the trajectory tracking. Signal processing is concentrated in acquisition unit and thus an acquisition unit and their cooperation in network are described in detail. The acquisition unit provides the capturing data from a Doppler radar head and processing a beat frequency spectrum. Collected data are transferred through a system network and controller to computer where the investigated trajectory is calculated.
This paper deals with a design of Fresnel reflectors for developing a kidney and bladder cancer detection system. A mathematical base for proper substrate irradiation by the reflectors is described, we have designed three reflectors for further testing and simulated selected parameters. The included simulations are focused on dependency of a main lobe gain on irradiation angle, verifying the position of the focus point and influence of number of Fresnel zones on gain.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
