Background: Plastic is a non-organic waste that has many benefits, especially in everyday life, especially sellers in the market in food packaging, basic materials for making automotive components, and can be used as a primary material for making toys. The amount of plastic used by the community and thrown away after use will cause the emergence of waste. This devotion program is intended so that citizens can use waste to produce goods of economic value. Luwuk Kanan village is a village that has a large percentage of the population, from the large number of residents resulting in the emergence of problems regarding waste management, so far the community copes with garbage in the village by burning and not a few who throw it into the katingan river stream, this is what causes river siltation that results in flooding. Based on these problems, Ecobrick can be a solution to reduce and utilize plastic waste into economically valuable products. Method: PAR (Participatory Action Research) is a problem-based devotion that is found and then provides alternative solutions. Results: Utilization of plastic waste in Luwuk Kanan Village with Ecobrik method. Ecobrick is one of the recycling methods, which is a term for plastic bottles filled with non-organic materials until they become very dense and complex. Conclusion: The introduction of ecobric methods can now process waste into materials of economic value and environmentally friendly.
Kebutuhan hidup manusia semakin meningkat seiring dengan semakin modernnya zaman. Hal tersebut menjadi permasalahan bagi sebagian masyarakat yang berpenghasilan menengah ke bawah, sehingga keluar lah ide untuk menjalankan usaha, dengan proses dan akses yang mudah melalui utang pada rentenir. Pada praktiknya utang piutang kepada rentenir ini tidak mampu menyejahterakan peminjam, karena pinjaman dari rentenir hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan materi sesaat tetapi tidak dengan kebutuhan spiritualnya. Dengan begitu menyebabkan peminjam kesulitan untuk untuk membayar utang dengan bunga yang begitu besar. Dalam syariat Islam hal ini diharamkan karena rentenir mengambil keuntungan yang begitu besar (bunga) atau riba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak praktik rentenir terhadap dinamika ekonomi masyarakat, kemudian ditinjau dari segi hukum Islam pada masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan menganalisis secara deduktif. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah dampak praktik rentenir terhadap dinamika ekonomi sangat merugikan masyarakat, serta dalam tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap praktik rentenir ialah sangat bertentangan dengan Islam karena mengandung riba. Oleh karenanya dilarang untuk melaksanakan praktik rentenir.
Abstract This research is motivated by the interest of researchers to explore the collectibility level of murabahah contract financing, especially at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Sudirman Branch Office. The higher the murabahah contract financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Sudirman Branch Office, it will result in an increase in murabahah receivables and affect the collectibility level of murabahah receivables every year. If there is non-performing financing (NPF), it will disrupt the collectibility level. Meanwhile, the murabahah contract is still the most popular contract in the financing process of Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Sudirman Branch Office. This research is qualitative. The analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Sudirman Branch Office had complied with the provisions in the Bank Indonesia Regulations and the Financial Services Authority Regulations in terms of murabahah contract financing. The collectibility level of Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor Sudirman Branch Office is always at a safe level with a non-performing financing (NPF) value below 5%, which is 3.51% at the time of this research.
