Recyclization of 2-Amino-and 2-Methylamino-2-trifluoromethyl-5,5-dimethyltetrahydro-4-pyrone Oximes to 5-Amino-and 5-Methylamino-5-trifluoromethyl-3-(2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethylethyl)-∆ 2isoxazolines.-The reaction of the title pyrones (I) with hydroxylamine yield the oximes (II), which undergo an unprecedented recyclization to the isoxazolines (IV) via the unstable open-chain imino-oxime species (III). -(SOSNOVSKIKH, VYACHESLAV YA.; MEL'NIKOV, MIKHAIL YU.; ZAIT-SEV, ANDREI V.; Mendeleev Commun.
