Since the excavation of roadway in Shuguang mine No.2 mining area, shotcrete layer has fallen off and the surrounding rock deformation was serious. For studying big deformation of roadway in Shuguang mine No.2 mining area, the paper analyzed fractured surrounding rock physical and mechanical characteristics of No.2 mining area. The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength, uniaxial tensile strength, cohesion, internal friction angle of fractured surrounding rock were very low. And the whole physical and mechanical characteristics were poor. It is the basic reason of big deformation of roadway surrounding rock physical and the important basis of late supporting of roadway.
Through the test of artificial frozen soil of cretaceous formation soil sample, study the mechanical properties and thermophysical properties of cretaceous formation artificial frozen soil with different soil properties and subzero temperatures. Results indicate that, uniaxial compressive strength of artificial frozen soil of cretaceous formation soil sample linearly increases accompanied with drop in temperature, with identical soil properties and water content; with decreasing temperature, elastic modulus increases and Poisson’s ratio decreases, in the case of the identical soil and ambient temperature; with decreasing temperature specific heat of artificial frozen soil decreases and thermal conductivity increases.
The cause of the fatigue fracture of the coal compactor roller shaft is analyzed in this paper. By means of investigating the macro-fracture and micro-fracture analysis for the shaft roller, and use ANSYS software to simulate the fatigue stress to find out the reasons of the roller shaft fracture and thus provides theoretical support for further optimizing the design of the roller shaft structure. This lied a solid foundation for how to improve the designation of roller shaft and how to improve the lifespan of the roller shaft
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
