For representing the coupling relationships among various correlate elements in the formation process of assembly qualities, the mapping relations between the structure domain and the quality domain was established on the basis of analyzing the hybrid structure assembly. Through classifying the quality characteristics, the quality domain was divided into two sub-sets which are quality control points set and quality attributes set. Defining the relevant elements in the model, such as vertex, arc, etc by the theory of network flow, the coupling relations among various quality control points in the formation process of assembly qualities were reflected. According to the sequence of quality control points entering into assembly environment, their corresponding hierarchy in the model were determined, which presents the timing sexual of the formation process of assembly qualities. At last, a correlation-model between quality attributes and quality control points in the assembly process of complex product based on network flow was established, which would be the theoretical basis for the dynamic tolerance optimization of quality control points. An example of an automobile active gear axle assembly was given to demonstrate the feasibility of the correlation-model.
Deep ocean water (DOW) is cold, nutrient-rich and pathogen-free water, which can be transported to the surface by upwelling. Upwelling can change the temperature and nutrient distribution of the surrounding water, hence improves the marine ecological environment and the marine primary productivity. Two lake experiments were accomplished in Qiandao Lake .The first experiment was done with hard PVC upwelling tube, while in the second experiment , the upwelling tubes with different diameters (0.5 m, 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m) were made of nylon ,which are supported by rings. It can be concluded that upwelling ratio (the ratio of water volume flow rate and air volume flow rate) of the hard PVC upwelling tube was higher than that of soft nylon upwelling tube, and in condition of soft nylon upwelling tube, upwelling ratio of 1 m diameter tube was higher than that of others, providing important guidance for the next sea trial.
Because of low level of informatization in automobile main gear reducer assembly line, it is proper to put forward Manufacturing Execution system to monitor, control and manager the production assembly line. First, functional requirements and coverage of MES system is investigated. Second, function of the MES for automobile main gear reducer assembly line is described. Third, the results of implementation on the line are discussed. It is proved that the efficiency of assembly line and the field management can be improved using MES system.
In order to have an effective induction and treatment about the various uncertain factors in the process of Job Shop manufacturing shop re- scheduling under the uncertain environment, Through the description of all kinds of uncertainties and disturbances during the workshop production process, here put forward a way to divide these uncertain factors into different types, such as type A uncertain factors which can cause scheduling scheme invalid, type B uncertain factors which have an uncertain impact on scheduling scheme and type C uncertain factors which may lead the schedule partial failure.
Research on frequent resource conflict in project-driven enterprises to establish the evaluation index system by integrating multiple evaluation rules of project activities, and evaluate two or more activities or tasks in the resource conflict by the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method, in which the one that has the highest evaluation value will be given priority to use the resource. The use of specific examples shows that it is practicable to tackle with the resource conflict of the enterprise.
