Abstract-Every year in each university many students are graduated holding a first university degree. For example Bachelor degree in Computer Science. Most of those students have a motivation to continue with further studies to get higher education level degree in universities. However, some other students may have enthusiasm towards working based on their skills that they got during their life of studies in university. In both cases, it is required that applicant must pass a test that comprise the entire subject that they learned before. For this reasons, this research is proposing a new technique to evaluate graduate students skills.
These days, the governmental offices in Kurdistan regional government (KRG) are not electronic. Therefore, they are asking for much official paper documentation and visiting offices too many times from people who are visiting there regularly to check process progression. Also, applicants sometimes required to bring numerous amounts of official documents. Thus, this old system is time-consuming and costing a bunch of pocket money for transactions among different locations.In this research, a new system approach is proposed to solve this issue among various governmental agencies, which is providing a complete idea that gives the ability to track and offers pre-requirement documents for each application. By using this system, the applicant will get full knowledge about their documentation process progression and know all the requirements for their visiting in person to those governmental offices. Moreover, individuals who have applied for those agencies, will save time and pocket money as well as be comfortable mentally.
These days, homes include a variety of electrical devices that are important to
families for accomplishing daily tasks. These devices are powered by electricity
and in some cases, require a lot of power consumption. Home users must control
these devices manually by switching them ON/OFF; this exposes them to potential
electric shock and can give rise to other dangerous situations. This paper presents
a new approach for creating an electrical system that makes it easy to control
household domestic appliances via short message service from a smartphone
device. In this manner, users can be provided with a relaxed and safe approach to
using electrical devices. The result of this work, users can access to the home
devices easily and interact with them without any problem of electrical shock and
personal effort
