Diabetes exercises are physical exercises designed according to age and physical status and are part of the treatment of diabetes mellitus. When a person does physical exercise in the muscles of the body, the heart system and blood circulation and breathing are activated. Therefore, the body's metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance and acid base must adjust. Muscles will use free fatty acids and glucose as a source of energy or energy. When physical exercise begins glucose originating from muscle-muscled glycogen when physical exercise starts being used as a source of energy. Assessing the effect of the implementation of prolanis exercise activities on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Puskesmas Padangmatinggi in 2019. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design that designs using one group pretest-posttest, when this study was conducted in January-April year 2020. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus who follow prolanis gymnastics in Padangmatinggipuskesmas with purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample by specifying specific characteristics consisting of 15 intervention / experimental groups and 15 control groups 15 people The results showed that there was an effect of the application of prolanic exercise activities to reduce blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes at Padangmatingi Public Health Center in Padangsidimpuan with a P-Value of 0.007, and there were differences in blood sugar levels in the intervention and control groups with a P. Value of 0,000.
The quality of hospital services is a crucial thing that can be a factor causing patients to be loyal or not. The results of the initial survey found that patients still experience dissatisfaction with the services provided by health workers. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors that influence outpatient BPJS Health Patient Loyalty at Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital in 2021. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional study design which was conducted at Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital which took place from July to August 2021. The study sample was 258 people Accidental sampling . Survey data were analyzed using the Chi Square test and logistic regression. Univariate results showed that the majority of respondents were aged 26-35 years, namely 107 (41.5%) respondents, female, 148 (57.4%) respondents, and had a high school education level, namely 130 (50.4%) ) respondents. Bivariate results There is an effect of image on outpatient Health BPJS Patient Loyalty, there is an effect of comfort on Outpatient Health BPJS Patient Loyalty, there is an effect of service on Outpatient Health BPJS Patient Loyalty, there is an effect of guarantee on Outpatient Health BPJS Patient Loyalty and the variables that have the most influence on Outpatient Health BPJS Patient Loyalty at the Palembang Bhayangkara Hospital in 2021 is a service variable. Suggestions in this study are that the results of this study can be used as input in making policies or standard operating procedures for effective services between health care providers and patients visiting the hospital.
From the first forty cases of working stress on workers, work stress incidence on nurses is located at the top of the list. The suitable handling and management for nurses are crucially required. Working stress management is a program to help someone overcome stress. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of stress management and physical activity towards working stress on nurses in TK II Putri Hijau Hospital. This research is using a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this research consists of 152 people and all of them are being examined using stress questionnaires to earn the stress level. Nurses who have medium stress level are chosen to be the samples of this research, which consist of 42 nurses that are being divided into 2 groups with 21 people in each group. Therefore, 21 people obtain stress management training treatment, and the other 21 people receive physical activity treatment. In this research, the Stress Scale (PSS-10) which is a self-report questionnaire is being used. Moreover, the data is processed using parametric analysis, which is Wilcoxon. Based on the research, it is found that stress management training and physical activity has a significant effect on the reduction of nurses working stress in TK II Putri Hijau Hospital Medan.
