Ide tentang pemeriksaan dan evaluasi kesehatan dengan menggunakan perangkat jaringan telekomunikasi perkembangannya semakin hari semakin meningkat, karena kemajuan di bidang multimedia, imaging, komputer, sistem informasi dan telekomunikasi, salah satunya adalah telemedicine. Secara umum telemedicine adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang digabungkan dengan kepakaran medis untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan, mulai dari konsultasi, diagnosa dan tindakan medis, tanpa terbatas ruang atau dilaksanakan dari jarak jauh. Untuk dapat berjalan dengan baik, sistem ini membutuhkan teknologi komunikasi yang memungkinkan transfer data berupa video, suara, dan gambar secara interaktif yang dilakukan secara real time dengan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam teknologi pendukung video-conference. Termasuk sebagai teknologi pendukung telemedicine adalah teknologi pengolahan citra untuk menganalisis citra medis. Di Indonesia perkembangan teknologi telemedicine menjadi terhambat dikarenakan keterbatasan infrastruktur dan layanan teknologi informasi yang dimiliki belum memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain dan merealasasikan arsitektur aplikasi telemedicine berbasis jejaring sosial dengan pemanfaatan teknologi cloud computing Kata Kunci— Telemedicine, Cloud Computing, E-Health, Internet
AbstrakTujuan dilaksanakannya tender adalah untuk memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada pelaku usaha agar dapat ikut menawarkan harga dan kualitas yang bersaing. Sehingga pada akhirnya dalam pelaksanaan proses tender tersebut akan didapatkan harga yang termurah dengan kualitas yang terbaik. Dalam proses pelelangan sampai dengan proses penetapan pemenang lelang sering menimbulkan permasalahan menggunakan cara serta tahapan konvensional, hal ini sangat tidak efektif melihat dari tahapan proses yang di lakukan sangat memakan waktu sehingga waktu terbuang siasia. Hate speech is now a problem for social media users such as Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and also Telegram. The current social media users are also a lot to post, share the content both consciously and unconsciously to various social media as well as even some hate speech postings are shared by irresponsible parties to gain profit from the chaos that he created, denigrating religion, vilify certain individuals even as an act of provocation. Prototype hate speech detection application created to detect hate speech on Facebook and it can give notification to users to be more aware of social media content and also careful in reading, share content that can trigger unpleasant actions.
Inspection of Universities infringement (PT) is one of Controlling, Supervising and Guidance (dalwasbin) activities aimed at developing problematic universities in order to be back on track and able to run Tri Dharma of Higher Education in accordance with National Standard of Higher Education. Based on the results of evaluation and inspection of Higher Education in 2017 at Coordination of Private Higher Education Region XIV there found 29 Universities out of 61 Universities that committed violations. Management of infringement inspection of Higher Education requires the role of information technology due to the geographic area of the Higher Education and management of Higher Education inspection that is still manual causing management to be ineffective and inefficient. Coordination of Private Higher Education Region XIV requires an information system that can support and assist data of infringement in universities and management of universities inspection. The design of information system in this research used waterfall method. The design of system models used unified modeling language diagrams (UML) including use case diagrams and activity diagrams. The design of this information system generated a system that can support the management of integrated and centralized infringement inspection to facilitate the inspection, monitoring and reporting of inputs and information for Coordination of Private Higher Education and the ministry in mapping the institutional quality Higher Education.
Internet Of Things (IoT) is one form of innovation that aims to expand the benefits of continuously connected internet connectivity, one example of the use of this technology is in terms of remote monitoring (eg remote monitoring); monitoring weather conditions, water levels, air pollution, forest fires and so on. In this research will apply the utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) for acquisition of multisensor measurement data using the Thingspeak interface. Based on the results of tests conducted it was found that various series of sensors, such as; temperature sensors, water level sensors, vibration sensors and smoke sensors can display data in the form of results graphs through the Thingspeak software.
