A new species of Cerapopsis (Cerapopsis takamado) is described from the Atlantic coast of Morocco. The genus Cerapopsis, synonymized with Photis Kröyer for nearly a quarter of a century is re-established and now known to contain two species.
A new species of amphipod, Bathyporeia watkini sp. nov. from the Atlantic coasts of North Africa is described. This very characteristic species is abundant in some lagoons and estuaries near 28°N. New morphological information on B. elkaimi d’Udekem d’Acoz and Menioui, 2004 is given after specimens that were recently collected on the Atlantic coasts of southern Spain and South Portugal. The male of B. ledoyeri d’Udekem d’Acoz and Menioui, 2004 is described for the first time and new records of North African B. guilliamsoniana (Bate, 1857) and B. chevreuxi d'Udekem d'Acoz and Vader, 2005a are discussed.
A third species of the arcturid isopod genus Arcturinoides Kensley, 1977 is described from the Atlantic coast of Morocco. Arcturinoides dakhla sp. nov. is characterized by a sharp middorsal ridge on pereonite 4 of the female that is divided into longer anterior and shorter posterior sections by a transverse depression, and a male with tergal wings only on pereonite 4.
RÉSUMÉUne troisième espèce d'isopode arcturide du genre Arcturinoides Kensley, 1977 est décrite des côtes atlantiques marocaines. Cette nouvelle espèce, Arcturinoides dakhla sp. nov., est caractérisée par une crête médiodorsale sur le péréionite 4 de la femelle, qui est subdivisée en deux sections, une antérieure développée et une postérieure plus courte, par une dépression transversale. Le mâle dispose d'expansions tergales seulement sur le péréionite 4.
