The current study aimed at understanding the influence of the Entrepreneurship Initiatives on creativity and innovation in business. It was hypothesized that the dimensions of entrepreneurship including (Strategies, Technology, Resources, Management Support and Culture) positively influences the creativity and innovation of business within the Jordanian environment. The sample of the study was derived from a telecommunication company which included (34) individuals from the high and the middle management.The results of the study indicated that there is a positive influence of entrepreneurship initiatives on creativity and innovation within organizations and enterprises. The most influential variables appeared to be (Culture, Management Support, Technology, Strategies and Resources) respectively. The most influential variable appeared to be the culture. The study recommended nourishing the culture within the Jordanian business environment in a way that makes more welcoming to any Entrepreneurship Initiatives.
The present study aimed to identify the impact of applying the blue ocean strategy on the achievement of a competitive advantage in the Jordanian telecommunication companies. In order to achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted and a questionnaire was developed. After that, the questionnaire forms were distributed to the selected sample. The sample consists of one hundred (100) administrators working in Jordanian telecommunication companies. The researchers used descriptive statistical methods, as well as, linear regression analysis, that were done to test the study’s hypotheses and analyze the collected data. Several results were concluded. For instance, it was concluded that the blue ocean strategy dimensions are highly applied. It was also found that the elimination process significantly affects the achievement of a competitive advantage. It was also found that the reduction process significantly affects the achievement of a competitive advantage. In addition, it was found that the increasing process significantly affects the achievement of a competitive advantage. It was found that the innovation process significantly affects the achievement of a competitive advantage. In the light of the aforementioned results, several recommendations were suggested by the researchers. For instance, the researchers recommend providing customers with service guarantees by the Jordanian telecommunication companies. In addition, the researchers recommend overcoming the obstacles that hinder the application of the blue ocean strategy by the senior management. The researchers recommend utilizing the blue ocean strategy by companies and avoiding negative competition. The researchers also recommend making significant strategic changes in an ongoing manner. Such changes should be provided with support by the board of directors.
The current study was launched as an attempt to determine the extent to which talented professionals understand the concept of GEM 2.0 and the standards associated with it, which including (Vision Realizing, Distinctive Value and Enablers). The current study adopted the quantitative approach in collecting primary data. The questionnaire was used as a research tool and was distributed to a sample of (233) talented professional employees within the fiscal year 2021-2022. By relying on SPSS, the study came to the conclusion that there is a high level realization of the concept of GEM 2.0 by talented professionals and that realization is attributed to the explicit and clear sequence of development of the model over time, in addition to the idea that the model took into account the differences and specializations in the nature of governmental services. Study recommended that talented professionals must pass the torch for younger talents to know their worth and employ themselves in the service of a country that will support them and present to them rare opportunities that can change their future to a better approach.
