E-commerce, often known as electronic commerce, is a method of doing business that involves purchasing and selling products and services via a digital network like the internet. Since there are various types of e-commerce websites in Malaysia like Lazada, Shopee and PGMall, the consumers have difficulties choosing which e-commerce websites to access for online shopping. The organisation also finds it hard to make a judgement about which sites to use for their online transaction and human judgement for decision making is not reliable in our daily life. The Fuzzy AHP method was used in this study to select the best e-commerce websites in Malaysia. The research aim is to determine the criteria when choosing e-commerce websites, identify sub-criteria that impact e-commerce website rankings and investigate the best rank of e-commerce in Malaysia. In this study, two decision-makers examine three criteria and eight sub-criteria to determine the best e-commerce websites in Malaysia. There are three websites to choose from Shopee, Lazada, and PGMall. The criteria are system quality, information quality, and service quality. Besides, the sub-criteria are access speed, visual appearance, response time, reliable information, update information, accurate information, tracking order status, and payment alternatives. The primary data was used by distributing a set of questionnaires to the experts in the field. Shopee is the best e-commerce website in Malaysia, according to the results, with a normalised score of 0.4488. Lazada comes in second with a normalised 0.4360, and PGMall with a normalised 0.1153. As a result, Shopee outperforms the other two online transaction platforms, Lazada and PGMall.
The pandemic has changed the way people work. In the midst of excitement of working from home emerged the issue of work burnout. Work burnout is a phenomenon associated with people and their career development. Work burnout is an important risk factor for excessive stress in individual professional lives. The present study aims to explore Alderfer's Work Motivation Theory to understand work burnout. This study explores how ERG (Existence, Relatedness and Growth) Motivation influences the factors of personal, colleague and workrelated burnout. Feeling of deprivation in the working environment leads to burnout. Therefore, this research aims on personal, colleague and work-related burnout. The data conducted through a total of 100 respondents from a public university in Malaysia. The data collection using quantitative methods was performed through questionnaires and SPSS was used to summarize the demographic information and descriptive analysis. The questionnaire consists of 4 sections, a) demographic profile, b) personal burnout, c) work related burnout and d) colleague related burnout with a total of 23 items. The findings shed light on the role of work motivation in transmitting the impact of work burnout. The major contribution of the study is to understand that work motivation is indeed affecting work burnout. The study presented has profound implications for future studies of work motivation and it is hoped this study will provide valuable evidence on how to focus on personal, colleague and work-related burnout for continuous improvement.
Organic food is said to have a positive impact on people's health and wholesome to the environment due to its ecological nature. However, there are challenges for organic food retailers in Malaysia to create a marketing strategy since the number of consumers of organic foods is quite low compared to other countries. This aims of this research is to study factors and sub-factors influencing consumer buying behaviour for organic food in Kuantan, Pahang to firmly grasp the nature of organic food business industry. To achieve such objective, Fuzzy Delphi Method has been utilised to analyse the five factors considered which are price, behavioural intention, subjective norm, attitude, and consumer knowledge. The findings shown that the most influential sub-factor affecting consumer purchasing behaviour towards organic food under behavioural intention was that people usually consider purchasing organic food that meets their taste, while for subjective norms, the concept of organically grown food is the most influential sub-factor. Furthermore, the reasonable price, familiarity with products and health and fitness reasons are the leading sub-factors for price, consumer knowledge and attitude factors, respectively.
The emerging need of job demands and uncommon downfall of job resources leading to the work burnout. The urgency of sustaining the job driven by the factor of insecurity of losing the job and not being able to maintain the income. Obviously, work burnout developed by the associating issues related to job demands and job resources. Therefore, this study aims to identify on how job demands and job resources causing work burnout. This study focusing on Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) by Kristensen, Borrits, . Personal burnout, work related burnout and colleague related burnout were the main indicators in classifying the term of work burn out. 100 respondents from higher institution in Malaysia participated in this study. Quantitative methods were chosen to analyse the demographic and the descriptive analysis. The questionnaire entails of 4 sections, a) demographic profile, b) personal burnout, c) work related burnout and d) colleague related burnout.
