Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen sepeda motor NMAX pada PT Yamaha A. Rivai Palembang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan responden akhir berjumlah 50. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana pada SPSS V22. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki thitung>ttabel (15.209>2.01) dan taraf signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi (R) adalah sebesar 0,910 yang berarti hubungan antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen adalah sangat kuat (91%). Koefisiendeterminasi (R2) sebesar 0,828 yang berarti besarnya kontribusi kualitas produk bisa menjelaskan kepuasan konsumen sebesar 82,8% sisanya sebesar 17,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitin ini.
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employees’ loyalty at PT Remco Palembang. Samples were selected using sample random sampling technique. Data of 77 respondents were collected throught documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. This study implemented a simple linear regression method to analyze data. The results of the invesigation show that compensation has a significant effect on employees’ loyalty. This empirical evidence can provide benefits for PT Remco Palembang. To increase employees’ loyalty, the company should optimize compensation for employeess.
This study aims to investigate how the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at SMK NEGERI 1 Tulung Selapan. The sample used in this study was 55 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, documentation. The analysis used was by testing the reliability data, t-test, correlation, hypotension test, simple linear test, correlation coefficient test (r), coefficient of determination (r2). The results of the study prove that the Leadership Style affects teacher performance by 29.54%. R Square of 0.141 or 14.1% indicates that the variable of teacher performance that can be explained by leadership style is 14.1% while 0.859 or 85.9% is explained by other factors not explained by this study. Based on the results of a simple linear analysis of Leadership Style on Teacher Performance, the constant value (a) is 21.082 and the Leadership Style (X) has a regression coefficient of 0.268 so Y = 21.082 + 0.268X, thus Y = 21.35.
This study aims to analyze the effectS of education and job training on improving employees' competence at the Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Palembang. The sample was selected using the saturated sample technique. Data of 70 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The results evince that partially each job education and training has a significant effect on increasing employees' competence. Likewise, simultaneously education and job training have a significant effect on increasing employees' competence. The insight can benefit the Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Palembang. To improve employees' competence, the leaders of this government institution should apply the factors of education and job training.
Abstract The purpose of the study was to find out the influence of leadership and corporate culture on job satisfaction at Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Banyuasin. In analyzing the data, validty test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, F-test and normality test with an assist of SPSS 17 were used. The result of the study showed that leadership and corporate culture partially had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, leadership and corporate culture had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction with R2 = 0,320. It means leadership and corporate culture simultaneously was 32% while the rest of that 68% was influenced by other variables. The leaders should give exemplary attitudes, encouragement and passion to the employees for the goal organization.Keywords: Leadership, Corporate Culture, and Job Ssatisfaction  AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DPPPA) Kabupaten Banyuasin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F dan uji normalitas dengan menggunakan SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai R2 = 0320. Nilai ini menjelaskan kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja secara simultan sebanyak 32%. Sedangkan sisanya, 68% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel selain kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Pemimpin seharusnya memberikan sikap yang teladan, dorongan dan semangat kepada pegawai untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pegawai agar tujuan organisasi tercapai.Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja.
