Given the high state of threat of the dry tropical forest ecosystem (DTFo), it is necessary to acquire information on the biota that is still found there, without disregarding how important it is to know what is being maintained in areas with productive systems. The aim was assessing the diversity of amphibians in three areas: a relict of tropical dry forest, a silvopastoral system and a mining area. A total of 72 courses that were trailed during the day and night using the technique for visual encounter survey (VES) were placed there. The sampling took place during the rainy season and the dry season. 29 amphibian species were registered, belonging to 10 families and two orders. The largest concentration of amphibian fauna was reported in areas with presence of forest and silvopastoral systems with livestock, decreasing in areas where forest cover has been lost due to the open-pit mining. This richness represents approximately 73% of the species reported for Magdalena Valley, which gives this area a significant value for the conservation of tropical dry forest species, besides providing a strategic approach based on the understanding of diversity patterns of these species in production systems, demonstrating the importance of preserving primary forest and regeneration process resides in that these are unique habitats for many species of organisms, especially amphibians who have specific habitat requirements.Keywords: conservation, diversity, altered habitat.Ensamblaje de anfibios presentes en un bosque seco y en sistemas productivos, Valle Medio del Magdalena, Victoria y La Dorada, Caldas, Colombia Resumen Dado el alto estado de amenaza del ecosistema de Bosque Seco Tropical (BsT), se hace necesario adquirir información sobre la biota que allí se encuentra, esto sin dejar de lado lo importante que es conocer qué se mantiene en las áreas con sistemas productivos.
