Gestational trophoblastic disorders in ectopic pregnancy is a rare disorder. Only a handful of cases are reported in literature. Cases of molar pregnancy are usually indistinguishable from tubal non molar gestation and thus underdiagnose on clinical and radiological examination. Meticulous histopathological examination in the all cases of ectopic pregnancy is required for diagnosis and proper management.

An angiomyolipoma is one of the very rare benign tumors. All three elements, that is, blood vessels, adipose tissue and smooth muscles, should be present to qualify it to be labelled as an ‘angiomyolipoma’. Although it has been reported at other sites also like mediastinum, heart, spermatic cord, fallopian tube, oral cavity, penis, salivary glands, and skin.

Nevus lipomatosis cutaneous superficialis is a rare benign idiopathic dermal anomaly having a good prognosis after excision. Here we are reporting a case series of four cases of nevus lipomatosis cutaneous superficialis to raise recognition of this rare disease.

Signet ring cell carcinoma constitute an uncommon histological type of rectal cancer with less than 1% of all rectal neoplasms. It usually behaves aggressively and has an inferior prognosis. Herein, we present a rare case in young male diagnosed by trucut biopsy.
