This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of tourism infrastructure assets on tourist satisfaction on forest tourism in Tasikmalaya Regency including the quality of accommodation, quality of accessibility and quality of amenities. The research population is tourists who have visited the Batu Hanoman Waterfall, Batu Blek Waterfall, Candung Waterfall, and Ciparay Waterfall in Tasikmalaya Regency with a sample size of 336 respondents, applying a purposive sample. The data is processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the quality of accommodation, the quality of accessibility and the quality of amenities have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. This means that tourism infrastructure assets, both quality of accommodation, quality of accessibility and quality of amenities can increase satisfaction for tourists. In total, the quality of amenities has the greatest influence on tourist satisfaction, followed by the quality of accessibility and quality of accommodation. Studies prove that efforts to increase tourist satisfaction can be done by improving the quality of accommodation, quality of accessibility, and quality of amenities.
Case study of Bale Wiwitan Building, Tasikmalaya. Bale Wiwitan is an asset of a government office building occupied by several Tasikmalaya Service Offices which are estimated to have a land area of 1.7 hectares and a building area of 2,089 m 2 . The building is a facility to support various activities of office employees, and each building asset must Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards to minimize risks. This study aims were to determine the level of implementation of the OHS program based on the Building Safety Index (BSI) on the Bale Wiwitan Tasikmalaya building assets. The research method was a survey method, with the technique of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Based on the results of the study, the level of implementation of the OHS program based on BSI obtained an average of 3.3. As such, it was good, as evidence and also by the condition of the building which was feasible, functions in accordance with BSI indicators, namely architecture, building service, and external environment.
A survey was conducted of 12 boarding houses spread across Ciwaruga, West Bandung Regency to investigate their current maintenance practices and property management functions. This finding highlights the policies of boarding house managers and owners regarding boarding house management planning; the extent of planning for budgeting; how to promote boarding rooms; by what means the rent is collected; a good relationship with the tenant; boarding house operational costs incurred; and the use of preventive/routine/deferred/emergency maintenance. Owners and managers of boarding houses should be aware of the concerns of tenants and they should also make designers aware of these issues; Building performance is likely to be improved if boarding house owners and managers take action in the design and operation phases in response to tenants' concerns.
