Cases of divorce and adultery are found in the context of society today. The issue of divorce and adultery is also discussed in the biblical text with its context. One of them is the Gospel of Matthew, which addresses these two cases in an inseparable frame. It is interesting that divorce issues that occur are often associated with adultery committed by one partner and harming the other party. The divorce case described by Matthew is not desired by Jesus. Jesus is depicted as a character who defends women but does not rule out men. In establishing family ties, men and women are expected to have the same responsibility to maintain the sanctity of the marital relationship that has been built. This study uses library research to produce interpretations and study of the text of the Gospel of Matthew 5: 27-32 by paying attention to women's experiences using a feminist perspective.
Pluralism is a reality in people's lives in Indonesia and Moluccas. In this regard, the exclusive notions that are built up in religious life also contribute to the creation of conflicts that threaten the integrity of a pluralistic society. Therefore, it needs to be actively addressed by the church. One way is to make efforts to interpret the biblical text in this case the text of Colossians 3:11-17. This article is the result of an interpretation using the historical criticism method on the text of Colossians 3:11-17. In the interpretation, it is found that the text of Colossians 3:11-17 contains a theological understanding of plurality values. Pluralism is then understood as a theological truth, where Jesus bridges all differences without ignoring the unique identity of each individual and group. So that everyone is seen as the same in different functions which are analogous to "One body".

They understood nature not as an object to be exploited, but as an integral part of human beings’ existence that must be protected. Nature as a living baileo is God’s sacral creation. In addition, the utilization of natural elements in all ritual processions in baileo does not reflect a hierarchical concept. There is no separation among God, ancestors, human beings, and nature. Nature is not only be perceived as a source for learning and experiencing God's great creation but also as a subject to praise God.
