Nowadays, we are faced with multi-sustainability challenges in the existing buildings in different sectors. Especially in the educational sector, this is a result of the disregard for their orientations and location and changes in the education system, which leads to the possibility of developing the functions and needs of these buildings. Thus, dealing with and monitoring educational buildings, especially schools, and changing them to sustainable and smart buildings are the main approach in recent days.
