One of the Zakat Institution in Ponorogo is LAZ Ummat Sejahtera Ponorogo, which has a muzakki 1.500 people in Ramadan, but except that month, it has 350-400 people of muzakki. The Aim of this research is to identify the preferences and factors influencing the Muslims of Ponorogo in paying Zakat infaq,shodaqoh and to identify the strategy of accumulating zakat infak shodaqoh at LAZ Ummat Sejahtera Ponorogo. The method that used in this research is mixed method or trianggulation method. Also Quantitative research methods used to determine the preferences and factors that influence the interest of Muslims Ponorogo in paying ZIS. While the qualitative method used to analyze the strategy that has been done by LAZ Ummat Sejahtera in order to collect ZIS funds. Data collection in quantitative research through the spreading of questionnaires to 250 Moslem Ponorogo using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi proses rekrutmen karyawan Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) Pusat Jakarta. Diharapkan dari hasil temuan ini dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan bagi lembaga-lembaga wakaf secara khusus mengenai strategi rekutmen karyawan atau anggota pengelolanya, sehingga bermanfaat bagi organisasi-organisasi pengelola wakaf yang baru berdiri di daerah-daerah pelosok provinsi. Asset wakaf dapat terus berkembang dan nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan mengidentifikasi model rekrutmen ini, hasil penelitian ini sangat penting karena akhir-akhir ini banyak kajian tentang keuangan Islam khususnya lembaga wakaf dan pengelolaannya yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok masyarakat yang secara praktik di lapangan belum optimal dalam mengelola serta memanfaatkannya. Dalam mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud, penulis menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara sebagai cara untuk memperoleh data model rekrutmen. Kemudian menggukan metode kuantitatif dalam rangka menemukan hasil pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan BWI sebagai sumber daya insani yang mengelola asset umat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model rekrutmen pada BWI Pusat telah tertuang dalam UU Perwakafan tahun 2010 tentang penerimaan dan pemberhentian anggota badan wakaf dengan tambahan menguasai hukum, ilmu perwakafan dan tata kelola keuangan maupun investasi. Adapun faktor yang dianggap paling mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di BWI adalah faktor kepribadian.
A strategy is needed by an institution to achieve the expected goals. With strategy management, a decision making process is created that leads to the development of an effective strategy. Micro Wakaf Bank is a new Islamic microfinance institution established by the President through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a community empowerment program around Islamic Boarding School. The name of the Micro Waqf Bank is only a branding to attract the interest of the community. But in accordance with the law, Micro Waqf Bank is a service cooperative. To run its programs, the Micro Waqf Bank needs a strategy, especially in the management and distribution of funds. By using qualitative methods presented in descriptive analytic supported by taking data sources with documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman data analysis and SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the management strategy and distribution of funds in the Micro Bank Almuna Berkah Mandiri Yogyakarta in 2019. The results of this study indicate that the Micro Wakaf Bank manages funds by providing microfinance without collateral to the community through the Community Groups Around the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School (Kumpi) and the joint responsibility system as a pattern in financing and business assistance through the establishment of Weekly Halaqah (Halmi). In its distribution, Almuna Berkah Mandiri Micro Endowment Bank uses qardh and jualah contracts. Then the calculation results of the SWOT analysis showed IFAS score of strength 2.63 and weakness 0.79 while the EFAS score of chance 2.63 and threat 1.13. And the strategy adopted is the SO (Strength & Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy that seeks to exploit opportunities with the strength of the Micro Waqf Bank.
Harta adalah perhiasan dunia yang diciptakan Allah untuk umat manusia. Harta merupakan sesuatu yang sering diperebutkan manusia dan bahkan cara memperolehnya pun bisa dilakukan dengan cara yang salah; seperti riba, mencuri, merampok dan ghasab. Riba adalah jenis transaksi yang diharamkan Islam karena merugikan salah satu pihak dari dua pihak yang bertransaksi. Meskipun demikian, seiring dengan perkembangan jaman transaksi ribawi di dunia perbankan dewasa ini semakin sulit dihindari, tidak terkecuali pada lembaga keuangan yang berlabelkan syariah. Berawal dari motivasi untuk menggerakkan perekonomian melalui lembaga keuangan yang Islami, masyarakat muslim justru terlena dengan transaksi-transaksi ribawi yang direkayasa supaya tidak mencolok keharamannya. Secara umum masih terdapat transaksi ribawi dalam Lembaga Keuangan Syariah yang perlu dibenahi dan dikaji lebih lanjut sehingga betul-betul terlepas dari dosa besar riba. Karena mengikuti ketetapan Allah dan RasulNya adalah bagian dari ibadah yang mutlak dan tidak dapat ditawar dengan alasan kemodernan dan permintaan pasar atau persaingan. Melagalkan riba akan memberikan dampak negatif bagi individu pelaku, kelompok masyarakat dan ekonomi suatu negara, bahkan sangat terkait dengan terkabulnya doa seorang mukmin di sisi Allah Swt. Maka melalui karya tulis ini, penulis berharap kedepannya ada tahapan lanjutan untuk perbaikan transaksi di perbankan syariah sehingga tercapai tujuan penghapusan riba yang sesungguhnya, sehingga sistem ekonomi Islam betul-betul menciptakan keharmonisan ekonomi yang berkeadilan.
The purpose of outreach activities with the title of " The Administrators Empowerment An Nur Dadung Mosque in the administrator's management is to help the mosque administrators as the responsible to manage all activities and routines which connected for ummah on the religious, education and economics". The second purpose, is to improve the scientific religion administrators An Nur Dadung mosque. To achieve the purpose of outreach has been implemented by a lecturer team faculty of economic and management, University of Darussalam Gontor, the outreach activities is conducted in the form of management training, discussion, and administrators supervision activities. From the outreach activities carried out by An Nur Dadung mosque, Mantingan, Ponorogo it can be concluded that an increase in the participation of society on activities conducted by An Nur mosque administrators. The existence of thought between a members of An Nur mosque administrators in fostering the community of this mosque. There's no mosque administrators thought an old fashioned (jumud) and blamed another communities in terms of believed (madzhab). The next holding the investigation in Sunday morning between mosque each monthly with a doorprize from muhsinin and breakfast together.
