Mopah airport has one runway that is supported by an apron which is located at a distance of 472 m from touch down to the size of 18.560 m2. Apron between the runway with two lines connected to the taxiway. One of the airside facilities Mopah Merauke airport is the runway strip that serves as a countermeasure state of emergency when the air out of the runway failure when landing or taking off. the objective of this study is to redesign the runway strip by evaluating geometric, cut and fill and CBR in Merauke Mopah Airportusing KP. 39 in 2015, KP. 93 The year 2015 and KP. 576 in 2011. The data taken is the carrying capacity of the soil and ground elevation using test equipment Theodolite and Dynamic Cone Parameter. Results of testing the design of the runway strip Merauke Mopah Airport with dimensions of the runway with a length of 2500 m and a width of 45 m with the code type “4.C”, obtained the runway strip width of 150 m plan right side and the left side of 150 m. CBR value of research in getting 9.93% which comply with minimum CBR value that is 6%, and a transverse slope of the runway strip elevation plan by 0.8%, to meet the slope of the runway strip elevation plan of each cross-section the importance of the volume of cut and fill with amounting to 174,205.00 m3 to 3008.80 m3 excavation and embankments.
The city of Merauke is now one of the fastest cities in Papua Province. Along with the high urban accessibility, the city of Merauke is also included as a city with heavy traffic. Business Complex cannot be separated from the pull of traffic movement, often causing traffic jams, one of which is caused by the presence of illegal parking on the street (on-street parking). This research was conducted on primary road qualifications, namely the Mandala highway. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of road service and the degree of saturation and the effect of road performance services due to on-street parking. Research methods conducted include a volume survey with traffic counts and parking observations. The calculation uses the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI). Based on the results of calculation traffic volume on weekdays during peak hours under normal conditions, the service level B (0.21-0.44). From the results of these calculations indicate that the performance of the Mandala Highway is classified as busy traffic. Whereas on weekdays with the condition that there is on-street parking, the service level decreases to C (0.45-0.74) in five hours during busy times. The results of this calculation indicate that the performance of the Mandala Highway will decrease by one level if there is parking on the road body (on-street parking).
Merauke Regency as a national food place is anticipated to create 5.2 million tons of rice each year, identical to 5.41 percent of public rice creation in Indonesian and 88.92 percent of all Papua region. Kurik District is in the second position in Merauke Regency as the largest rice surplus area with a productivity of 47,376.15 tons or equivalent with 27.41 percent. The inadequate condition of road infrastructure resulted uneasy mobility in agriculture between regions. Finding the level of satisfaction between road performance and community expectations of road construction can be done using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Meanwhile, the method used in determining road development priorities is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the level of road satisfaction found a gap between road performance and community expectations, namely the need for performance development (quadrant I). While the hierarchical process obtained the priority for the development of the Jaya Makmur Village road is Main Road in Jaya Makmur Village with an eigenvector value of 2.73. This is because Main Road in Jaya Makmur is the main road of Jaya Makmur Village with a condition of 53.19 percent of which is a road with ground level.

KKN Era New Normal Green Campus merupakan salah satu kegiatan KKN yang berperan dalam pelestarian lingkungan dilingkungan Universitas Mataram serta dalam masyarakat. Green Campus merupakan upaya dalam mewujudkan pelestarian lingkungan dalam lingkungan kampus dengan melibatkan seluruh dosen, mahasiswa, petugas dan karyawan dalam lingkungan kampus. Di harapkan dengan Green Campus dapat meningkatkan perbaikan lingkungan dan kesadaran terhadap kepedulian lingkungan.
