Halal is the eligibility status of food for the Muslims to consume. This research is intended to prove the practice of halal label manipulation in the target restaurants and to find out the factors supporting to this practice. The research methods are in line with MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) the Board of Indonesian Muslim Scholars which has the authority to issue the halal-labeled food for business. The study has discovered the practice of halal labeling of illicit products in food stalls. The study found some problems: 1) fake halal label and basmalah (to mention the name of Allah) on the shop, 2) the cooking process mixed with unlawful raw materials, 3) the meats are unlawful to consume since they were slaughtered beyond Islamic way, 4) weak supervision regarding haram (unlawful) products with phony halal-label. 5) weak supervision of halal-labeled food on the market displays, 6) omission of halal food labeling, 7) complicated halal certification process.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are experiencing a slump due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is feared that it will be challenging to get back up. At this time, the Indonesian government has issued policies through several ministries, including the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health, to stabilize the national economy. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the pillars of the national economy, so that this sector needs attention during this pandemic to reincarnate in a better direction. This study aims to find a correlation between government policies and the revival/reincarnation of MSMEs. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed through the MSME group on Facebook. To find Carried out the relationship between the two variables, the Spearman correlation test. The results found that the level of strength of the relationship or correlation was 0.619, indicating that there was a strong correlation between government policies on the Reincarnation of MSMEs and had a unidirectional relationship that showed a positive value so that the better the government's alignment with government policies will further improve the state of the Reincarnation of MSMEs towards positive growth.
This article provides an overview of economic inequality and the disparity in the level of poverty in the South Sulawesi-Indonesia Province by using variables of economic growth, GDP / capita and the number of poor people between districts in South Sulawesi Province with periodic data types, namely data from 2013-2017. This study uses an Importance-Performance Analysis analysis tool which emphasizes more on quadrant analysis using Cartesian Quadrant. The conclusion of this study is that the disparity of poverty between districts in South Sulawesi Province with determinants of polarized economic growth with high economic growth conditions but the number of poor people is also very high, high economic growth The number of poor people is low, Economic Growth Low the number of poor people is also low , Economic growth is low but the number of poor people is very high, so the determinant of GDP / capita follows the same pattern.
The rapid growth of zakat institutions in Indonesia is not accompanied by amil zakat's performance, which has a low impact on realizing the collection and distribution of ZIS funds. Under these conditions, a new formulation is needed in the management of zakat. This paper aims to develop the concept of zakat management with a quality assurance approach. The findings in the study reveal that quality assurance in zakat institutions as a form of the quality system includes standardization of management, as a measure of amil performance, the process is carried out systematically and consistency, quality orientation, has a work culture, there is an increase in the results of zakat management. The concept of quality assurance forms zakat management activities' functionalization to make it easier for amil and staff to understand zakat management implementation. Besides that, it also forms 1) strengthening zakat management regulations that impact amil compliance in managing zakat and muzakki compliance in paying zakat to BAZNAS, 2) Adopting quality management, which consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, 3) Quality Assurance leads to the professionalism that pays attention to work processes that are systematic, consistent, and following applicable work procedures and procedures. Thus a management system is formed, an organizational structure effectively and efficiently, a professional amil and staff, a reporting system, a monitoring system, an evaluation system, and a quality assurance system
The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of sharia labels and sharia compliance on customer trust in the Bakti Huriah Sharia Cooperative. This research used quantitative research. The population in this study, namely the customers of the Sharia Bakti Huria Cooperative, Palopo City had a total of 12,000 people and the sampling carried out in this study was accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study found the Islamic Label variable (X1) tcount 6.824 and ttable 1.968 or 6.824 > 1.968 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, so the sharia label had effect on customer trust. Sharia compliance variable (X2) tcount is 3.968 and ttabel was 1.968 and the significant value was 0.000 <0.05. This meant that H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted, so sharia compliance had effect on customer trust. The variable of Sharia Label and Sharia Compliance had a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust, which was 0.779 or 77.9%. The sharia label and sharia compliance were important in establishing, maintaining, and increasing customer trust. Conversely, without a sharia label and sharia compliance, it would have a negative impact on customer trust in Sharia cooperatives.
