Abstract. Farmhouse and the Great Asia Afrika is a tourist attraction located in Gudangkahuripan Village, Lembang District. The existence of the Farmhouse and the Great Asia Afrika opens up opportunities for the surrounding community to carry out economic activities in the form of trade and services for tourists and can open new jobs. The rapid development of tourism in Gudangkahuripan village can cause positive externalities and negative externalities felt by various parties.This study aims to identify the positive externalities and negative externalities caused by Attractions Farmhouse and the Great Asia Africa. This type of research is qualitative descriptive using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the people of Gudangkahuripan village, with a sample of 99 respondents. The method of data collection was conducted by interviews and questionnaire filling. Then the measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale.The results of the study showed positive externalities in the economic aspects of Farmhouse and the Great Asia Africa, namely increasing community income, opening up jobs, increasing PAD, and the availability of new business opportunities. Then, on the social aspects, namely changes in livelihoods, reducing the number of unemployed, increasing cultural preservation, and improving public facilities. Meanwhile, the negative externalities in social aspects are caused by the increase in crime, the density of tourists who disturb the community, and the increasing population density. Meanwhile, on environmental aspects, namely air pollution, waste problems, reduced environmental sustainability, and traffic congestion. Abstrak. Farmhouse dan The Great Asia Afrika merupakan objek wisata yang berada di Desa Gudangkahuripan Kecamatan Lembang. Keberadaan Farmhouse dan The Great Asia Afrika membuka kesempatan bagi masyarakat sekitar untuk melakukan aktivitas ekonomi dalam bentuk perdagangan maupun layanan jasa bagi wisatawan, serta dapat membuka lapangan kerja baru. Perkembangan wisata yang cukup pesat di Desa Gudangkahuripan dapat menimbulkan eksternalitas positif dan eksternalitas negatif yang dirasakan oleh berbagai pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi eksternalitas positif dan eksternalitas negatif yang ditimbulkan objek wisata Farmhouse dan The Great Asia afrika. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Gudangkahuripan, dengan sampel berjumlah 99 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Kemudian skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian, menunjukan eksternalitas positif pada aspek ekonomi dari Farmhouse dan The Great Asia Afrika yaitu peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatkan PAD, dan tersedianya peluang usaha baru. Kemudian, pada aspek sosial yaitu perubahan mata pencaharian, menurunkan jumlah pengangguran, meningkatkan pelestarian budaya, dan peningkatan fasilitas publik. Sedangkan, eksternalitas negatif pada aspek sosial yang ditimbulkan yaitu peningkatan kriminalitas, kepadatan wisatawan yang mengganggu masyarakat, dan meningkatnya kepadatan penduduk. Sedangkan, pada aspek lingkungan yaitu polusi udara, permasalahan sampah, berkurangnya kelestarian lingkungan, dan kemacetan lalulintas.
