The role of health facilities in the form of hospitals, health centers and other health facilities was very important when the Covid 19 pandemic hit Indonesia in particular and the world in general. Healthy society, the country will be strong. Health is one part that cannot be separated from the national development of a country. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style and the application of work culture to the performance of employee at Tegalsari Public Health Center, Banyuwangi Regency. The population in this study were all employees at Tegalsari Public Health Center, Banyuwangi Regency, totaling 75 employees, all of whom were used as research samples. This study uses a questionnaire measuring tool, so it requires a validity test and a reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using SPSS. The classical assumption test is carried out to assess whether there are problems with classical assumptions in the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) linear regression model. The results showed that work motivation (0.177) had an effect on employee' performance. Leadership Style (0.282) affects the performance of employee. Work culture (-0.027
Based on the phenomenon that occurred in "Waroeng Mie Lava Bondowoso" the researcher found that the ups and downs of consumers when making purchases became a problem in "Waroeng Mie Lava Bondowoso" resulting in consumer satisfaction which was expected to stabilize sales. This study aims to determine product quality, price and location, on consumer satisfaction at Waroeng Mie Lava. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases of Mie Lava at Waroeng Mie Lava Bondowoso. The sample used was 80 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that the results of the t-test of product quality are 5.668 and a significant level of 0.000, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Price variable with t count of 4.237 and a significant level of 0.000, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Location variable with t count of 2.420 and a significant level of 0.018, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.
This study aims to determine the significant effect of product quality, price, location, promotion, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at Warung Lesehan AA Jember. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data processing technique uses multiple linear analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the calculated t value obtained in multiple linear regression with product quality variable (X1) with a t count of 2.179 and a significance level of 0.031. Price variable (X2) with t count of 3.186 and a significance level of 0.002. Location variable (X3) with t count of 2.045 and a significance level of 0.043. Promotion variable (X4) with t count of 4.203 and a significance level of 0.000. Service quality variable (X5) with t count of 3.396 and a significance level of 0.001. And product quality, price, location, promotion and service quality have a simultaneous effect with F count of 30,014 with a significance level of 0,000. Product quality, price, location, promotion, and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Warung Lesehan AA Jember. This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which the effect of the fingerprint attendance work system, work environment, and work motivation to work discipline. The hypothesis in this study is the fingerprint attendance work system, work environment, and work motivation partially influence work discipline. The object of this research is the employees of the Muhammadiyah University Jember which has a total population of 240 people using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work attendance system was not significant for work discipline, work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work discipline.
