Computerized Tomography (CT) -Scans examination are the main choice modalities in patients with acute head injuries because they are able to view the entire brain tissues and accurately distinguish the nature and presence of intracranial lesions and Extracranial. This study aim to determine the characteristics of results CT-Scan head on the patient's head injury at Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Hospital January to December Period 2018. The research is a descriptive study with a crosssectional approach. The samples in this study were all records of medical head injury patients at Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Hospital in January – December 2018 based on the formula Slovin as many as 182 respondents. The sampling techniques in the study used purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis using univariate analysis. From 182 respondents known prevalence of the age of the patient's head injury is 16-25 years as many as 82 respondents (45.1%), male gender 119 respondents (65.4%), a mild head injury of 105 respondents (57.7%). A normal CT-Scan overview of 99 respondents (54.4%) With a valid description (subarachnoid hemorrhage) as much as 25 respondents (13.7%). Characteristics of results CT-Scan head at the head injury sufferer of most ages 16-25 years, most male gender, most dominant mild head injuries and CT-Scan results most commonly present normal results with description SAH (subarachnoid hemorrhage).
Intracranial hemorrhage is a dangerous bleeding in infants. The impact of intracranial bleeding is in the form of death and sequelae, such as hydrocephalus, cerebral atrophy, encephalopathy, and epilepsy which will interfere with growth and development. One of the causes of intracranial bleeding is bleeding due to Vitamin K deficiency (VKDB). Meanwhile, intracranial bleeding due to vitamin K deficiency can be prevented by giving vitamin K1 to newborns. This study aimed to know the description of the level of knowledge of health workers about spontaneous intracranial bleeding caused by vitamin K deficiency bleeding at the Prabumulih Health Center, South Sumatra in 2020. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a cross sectional design. The samples used in this study were nurses and midwives who worked at the Prabumulih Health Center in South Sumatra who had met the criteria in this study. The result showed that the frequency of sufficient knowledge of respondents was found as many as 31 people with a percentage of 46.3%. In conclusion Midwives at the Prabumulih health center in South Sumatra have a sufficient level of knowledge about intracranial bleeding due to vitamin K deficiency. It is hoped that this study can provide information to the public about the knowledge of intracranial bleeding due to vitamin K deficiency, so that the incidence of intracranial bleeding due to vitamin K deficiency and infant mortality can be reduced.
Obesitas adalah suatu penyakit akibat ketidakseimbangan antara energi yang masuk dan energi yang keluar sehingga didalam tubuh terjadi penimbunan pada jaringan lemak. Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan kolesterol darah dapat dilakukan melalui konsultasi atau konseling. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan manfaat edukasi dengan perubahan perilaku gaya hidup terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol pada pasien obesitas di Rumah Sakit Mardi Waluyo tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analatik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji T-Test Dependent. Hasilnya diketahui Pasien Obesitas yang berusia 20-29 tahun sebanyak 3 orang (10%), usia 30-39 tahun sebanyak 5 orang (17%), berusia 40-49 tahun sebanyak 9 orang (30%), berusia 50-59 sebanyak 8 orang (26%) dan berusia 60-69 tahun sebanyak 5 orang (17%) dan sebagian besar jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 22 orang (73%). Dengan melakukan Edukasi pada pasien obesitas sebelum dan setelah maka sangat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol.
