Learning during a pandemic requires every teacher to be able to improve literacy skills in terms of using technology to help the learning process. However, due to the rapid paradigm shift due to the COVID-19 pandemic, from direct learning to online-based learning. Therefore this activity was carried out to improve the ability of Madrasah Aliyah Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela teachers in using various learning support applications, especially the Ministry of Religion E-learning. The Ministry of Religion E-learning application is an application recommended by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia for use in the distance learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic at the madrasa level. The use of applications in the learning process is expected to be able to increase student motivation and enthusiasm for learning during the learning period from home and still pay attention to health protocols. Participants in this activity were attended by all teachers who teach at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Nurul Islam with a total of 36 people. In its implementation, this activity consists of three stages, namely 1. The preparation stage, 2. Implementation stage, and 3. Evaluation stage with each activity an evaluation process is carried out to ensure that the initial objectives of this activity can be achieved. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this mentoring activity is needed by teachers in understanding the use of the Ministry of Religion E-learning application with various supporting features and its implementation. Also, after carrying out this activity, teachers began to get used to the use of the Ministry of Religion's E-learning application in carrying out the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The education process in higher education is something that needs to be considered by all groups. Continuing education to a higher level will provide opportunities for students to improve their knowledge and skills, especially in the demands of the 21st century. The purpose of this activity is to social life and the university environment in order to increase student’s interest and confidence in deciding to continue their education to a higher level. This activity is a form of community service carried out by Madrasah Aliyah Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela with the Mataram State Islamic University. The activity consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and closing. The target of this activity is all class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela, with a total of 58 students. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it is known that the interest of class XII students to continue their education to higher education has increased compared to previous years with a percentage of 36% or 21 of 58 students.
Research has been carried out which aims to determine the implementation of introducing the madrasa environment to prospective new students through the activities of the Ta’aruf Period of Madrasah Students. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of observation. This research was conducted on all prospective new students of MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela for the academic year 2021/2022, with a total of 45 people. The implementation of the research went through two stages, namely the delivery of material and the introduction of the madrasa environment. Based on the results of observations and discussions, it can be seen that the activities of the Madrasah Student Ta’aruf Period are essential for prospective new students to get to know more about the conditions, characteristics, and environment of the madrasa. In addition, this activity instills various character values of madrasah children through various activities that are integrated with religious contexts to meet the goals set previously
This study aims to regenerate and increase students' learning motivation after experiencing a long learning process from home due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through Training for Leaders and Herbalists (TRALIS). This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the type of field research (Field Research) by focusing on the observation method. The object of this research is all students of class XII in the Department of Religion at Madrasah Aliyah Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela with a total of 31 students. Based on the activities that have been carried out, Training for Leaders and Herbalists (TRALIS) is one form of positive activity that is very important given to students to revive enthusiasm for participating in teaching and learning activities in madrasas. This activity provides many new changes for students during the learning process including students having a strong sense of desire to participate in every activity carried out, increasing self-confidence which is seen through the attitude of students who are not afraid to appear in front of the class and express opinions during the class discussion process.
