<pre><em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine and explain the effect of work-life balance variabels and employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method, with a simple linear regression analysis approach as a data analysis technique, with a total of 40 respondents using a survey through a questionnaire to 40 employees of PT. True Independent Livia. The results of this study can show that worklife balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the total effect of variabel X on variabel Y amounting to 0.851 or 85.1%, and epsilon or other independent influences that affect employee performance (Y) amounting to 0.149 or 14.9 % but was not investigated in this study.</span></em></pre><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh <em>variabel worklife balance</em> terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan analisa regresi linier sederhana sebagai teknik analisa data, dengan jumlah responden sejumlah 40 orang. Survey dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan PT. Livia Mandiri Sejati. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa <em>worklife balance</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.<em> </em>Total pengaruh<em> Variabel worklife balance</em> terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0.851 atau 85.1%, dan epsilon atau sisa pengaruh independent lainnya yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 0.149 atau 14.9% namun tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.</p><pre><em><span lang="EN-US"><br /></span></em></pre>

Assistance to womenpreneurs in utilizing social capital and personal branding in the Sidoarjo Park area is one of the efforts that can be made to care more about social issues, especially taking sides with women to develop their potential so that the strengthening of the family economy can be more advanced. This assistance also aims to make all levels of society able to rise from any calamity, including the pandemic. In addition, this assistance is expected to raise awareness about the importance of providing mutual support and paying attention to the potential of family members. Conditioning conducive mentally and spiritually is the first step before strengthening with research, so that the mindset as a mowenpreuner is formed from the start. The approach in this service uses the participatory action research (PAR) method. At the implementation stage of the service program, it is carried out using a community organizer (CO) approach, with a personal approach strategy, a community approach, and capacity building. The result of this assistance is an increase in women's belief in Taman Sidoarjo that every individual is capable of becoming an entrepreneur. In addition, beliefs are concrete, real and can be quantified. Measurably, that trust affects the speed and cost of doing business. Nothing is faster than trust because trust is a function of character that includes both integrity and competence. Forming trust with one person will form trust with many people.
